I can’t say enough how great this place is!! They were so helpful and very professional! Their work is stellar and I recommend it to anyone who needs bodywork done! I will never go anywhere else.

Brought my Tesla Model Y to have aftermarket fender flares color matched and installed. From the initial interaction Jim and Katelyn were very pleasant, knowledgeable, and respectful to do business with.
Their high-quality paint matched perfectly to the OEM paint. Installation was done at the shop and came out perfect.
Extremely pleased to have chosen South Shore Auto Body. Without a doubt, will recommend friends and family to them and will happily do business with them again.

Posted this review on Facebook as well. If you are ever looking for a body shop, this is the place to go. I got rear-ended in July by an uninsured driver who pushed me into the car in front of me at a red light. I brought it to Jim (the owner) and he made a stressful process so much easier. He hooked me up with a discounted rental (don’t worry, I added rental to my policy after this!) and worked with me on my deductible since I had to go through my own insurance instead of the driver’s who hit me. He worked with my insurance to get brand new parts, including a new front and back bumper and a new quarter panel. They even vacuumed and wiped down my car that was full of dust, dirt, and dog hair. I am beyond thankful for this phenomenal job with my car by Jim and his daughter Kaitlyn, making my car look better now than it did when I bought it two years ago.

There's nothing fun about car accidents and auto repair, but my whole experience at South Shore Autobody was easy, and my car came out great!. The employees were so knowledgeable and professional. As an added bonus, my car was super clean inside and out. I highly recommend South Shore Auto Body.

True professionals... Jim was able to get me a quick and fair estimate. When he told me that he would have my car back the next day, I couldn't believe it. Not only was it ready as promised; The job looked great, the car was cleaned inside and out, and ready by 3 pm. Hands down, the best auto related service I have ever experienced. Jim topped it all off by offering great tips to keeping the car looking great. I would recommend to family and friends.

I have to say I couldn't have been more impressed when I went to pick up my car and to see it look like new again. Jim and his staff did an amazing job all around. Not only did the car look great, but they dealt with the insurance company which made this once very stressful process suddenly painless and carefree. Absolute best body shop around! Traveled 25+miles to bring my car here, and let me tell you, I was NOT disappointed! The owner is a great guy and the desk lady is a doll! If I ever need body work in the future I WILL be returning to south shore auto body!

I called South Shore Auto body on Saturday July 3rd. Every auto body shop around was closed for the holiday and I had just backed into a tree. Jim, the shop owner, called me back immediately, from his cell phone on a day that the shop was closed. Jim asked for pictures and called back within minutes to give me some advice. He was so helpful and friendly!! What incredible customer service!!

Highly recommended when you have to have a vehicle repaired after an accident. I've used them in the past and currently have a vehicle there now, and as a mechanic by trade of 20 years (which I like to pay close attention to detail), I can vouch for the level of quality craftsmanship they've shown. The vehicles come out looking better than pre accident with straight lines, properly undercoated, and wire harnesses which are all neat, clean, and correctly routed, no shortcuts taken.
It's great to have a shop like this nearby for such a case, especially when there's so many other body shops out there that perform shotty work or use inferior parts to maximize profits.
