Bushi Ban Martial Arts & Fitness

My son has been attending Bushi Ban for 6 years and he absolutely loves it. He started by going to the after school program wherethey picked him up from school, gave him a snack, had homework time and complete his martial arts class. He has learned so much from his instructors at Bushi Ban who all demonstrate sincere interest in making the children better through discipline and hardwork. They put in so much time to the program and it shows in the quality of students they produce. As an advanced student now, he still enjoys Bushi Ban, the instructors, and the friends he has met on his journey.

My son has been taking martial arts at Bushi Ban for the past year and a half! He has learned a lot of great skills and has participated in tournaments. The instructors are patient and great with ALL of the kids! Great place!

Our son attends after school & summer programs for over 2 years here! We love the instructors and our son has grown so much through karate & self discipline. My husband and myself have both taken classes as well. My husband enrolled to share the experience with our son.

Updated: my children are now 17 and 13. They are both black belts. Their instructors have guided and mentored them from white belts to black, instilling character (integrity, honor, perseverance, respect, courtesy), leadership, discipline and sportsmanship through every hour of training. But most impactful by far are Senior Master Barley and Master Quinn. They pulled out the potential in young’s kids and helped to elevate in them into future leaders. Thank you to Bushiban Pearland for partnering with me for the last 7 years!

The staff are tremendous and have given both my son and daughter confidence and leadership skills. Both children (7 and 11) love their daily experience after school, their classes, and the extras offered, like the Nationals tournament. They love the summer camp as well! I can't imagine our lives without Bushi Ban Pearland!

My brother has been going to bushi ban for about 2 months. So far he really enjoys it and making a lot of friends.They dont only teach kids self defense martial arts, also disciplinary. I would highly recommend parents for this after school program.

They do a tremendous job working with people of all ages. Really well-rounded, fun instructions in various martial arts, self-defense techniques, training in cardio, and teaching discipline and leadership (so important for kids). All the instructors really care and want students to have fun and learn. My daughter's been going for 2+ years and is really enjoying her journey toward black belt.

Bushi Ban Pearland is the best. They truly care and help all their students develop the inner drive and determination to do their very best!

Hidden gem for camp in the Pearland Area! My daughter never wants to leave. They go on a field trip everyday!

If I could give more than five stars, I would. Been with this location for four years now and I find the staff to be extremely knowledgeable, caring and respectful. The curriculum offered is diverse and all encompassing, and I find that they are more concerned about the well being and growth of their students than they are the $$$ they can make off them. A true family oriented business you can feel completely at peace with.

Since joining Bushi Ban, my daughter has become a black belt and I am working toward it myself. We have become stronger people and made many friends.

This is my daughters second year and she enjoys it very much. She has made friends and is always excited to go.

At face value this place looks very clean, professional, and well organized, but after visiting several other places...we wouldn't dare send our kids here. No warm ups, techniques taught with no precision...just get them in, get them out...class over.
