Cinemark Pearland and XD

I like going to this place as it is not crazy busy, there is security, comfortable seats and good food options. Enjoy this place when I have to go to a movie theatre.

Theater was clean and organized. Employees were professional. Food was hot. Totally enjoyed the movie The Color Purple in XD. Sound quality was excellent, picture was crisp.

I decided this is the only movie theatre I’ll visit to see movies this summer. I’m basing this purely off the luxury lounger seats. They’re so comfortable. The sound quality is also great. Most theaters are way too loud and even louder for action movies but this was just right. The concessions are regular and about the same price as other places.

I believe all the chairs reclined, regardless of where you sit and that is a huge plus for me and my whiny kids! it’s very clean and the sound is great. I think this is my new spot for watching movies. The previous theaters I went to were SMG Pearland and AMC 30.

Loved the visit. Very clean & very nice adjustable, comfortable seating. Enjoyed the snack offerings as well.

Nice comfortable reclining seats..great color and sounds. Would not recommend eating a meal there without taking out a loan..but overall very good experience.

Only my second visit to this theater but it was amazing! Clean, great food, and such comfortable seats!!! I'll definitely be a more frequent movie theater visitor with this place close by!

Staff was very nice, and they told us when we bought our ticket, that they were having AC issues, but it felt great in there and my kiddos loved it

The theater is always clean, close to where we live, and has a good selection of movies

Amazing always good service and I left my AirPods in there and realized 5 minutes after i left walked in and they have already found them. Best movie theater in town!

First pic when I'm looking for a movie they are very reasonable I've been going there for a very long time way back when tickets was two to three dollars a friend at church told me about them and I've been going ever since the workers are very friendly and kind and considerate

Easy parking, buying ticket and comfortable seat

Went to Cinemark 12 in Pearland to see Sound of Freedom. When showing the girl our ticket confirmation, she said the A/C may be out in the theater it was showing in. We have heard that theaters are telling people that, so they won't watch the movie. The A/C was working just fine. The seats are very comfortable & we enjoyed the movie.

Visited for a church service, then stayed for a movie. Staff was friendly, restrooms were okay, the seats were comfortable but did not recline. All in all, a great experience.

The best lounge chairs with lots of room.
Definitely will be back again.

I love this theater! We've been coming here for years! It's always clean inside and out! The popcorn is always fresh and hot! Never had any green hot dogs from this place! The employees are always friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this theater if you're in the Pearland area!
