Let me just say WOW!!! Was there today to launder an oversized comforter...the laundromat was really clean, spacious, easy to navigate. I am not a regular at the laundromat...so of course, had a ton of questions. the staff was awesome...helped me navigate the process, without being condescending or annoyed! Their kindness is really appreciated! Thanks so much for making something that could be overwhelming, so easy! Would definitely recommend

Friendly staff. Always have something good on TV. The dryers and washers are user friendly and work well. Plenty of tables available for folding. Provide large sized rolling baskets which are in good condition.**LAST LOAD HERE IS AT 730 EVERY NIGHT** usually not busy and there are always washers and dryer available. Some washers take debit/credit cards. For the smallest washer using a debit card it is $7.50 I usually spend $2 on the dryers. Each quarter alots 6 mins each.

Their delivery laundry service is very good and and a wonderful necessity for a senior citizens. The staff is also very nice and friendly.

They don't answer there phone whatsoever. I dont even know why they have a business phone it's pretty useless. I supposed to have my laundry picked up last week. Spoke to Jeff he told me it was all set and this was last Tuesday. Nobody shows up or nothing then I call to see what's up and this nasty lady answer the phone with no class at all and is screaming over me just absolutely as rude as can be and the she says "I'm not going to argue with you" after arguing with me. I can't make this up. All I want is my laundry washed and picked up when you tell me you're going to pick it up and of you're not able to fulfill my order a simple call or text would be just right but apparently that's way too much to ask south shore laundry. Let's see if I get a call now. MY NAME IS DAVID POWELL-BOYD. So there is no confusion SMH PLEASE DO BETTER GUYS
