Buckaroos Upscale Resale for Boys and Girls

Update: The store manager called and apologized for the situation yesterday which really just ended up being a misunderstanding. We got everything worked out and a cash refund. Our faith in Buckaroos is restored and updating this review to 5 stars!

I have purchased a few items from here and usually don’t have any issues. I came in today and sold a bassinet because my baby didn’t like it. Since we found another bassinet in the store that we liked we decided to get store credit and purchase it. Well, after driving all the way home, we took the new bassinet apart to clean only to find out it had a broken piece on it. We decided to drive all the way back up to the store to return it. Firstly, the female manager tried to tell me the bassinet piece was not broken without even looking at it. Then after I made her look at the bassinet she admitted it was broken. Since we did not like any of the other bassinets in the store and they did not have an identical one, I asked nicely to get a cash refund rather than store credit. The female manager immediately dismissed me and told me we would only get store credit back and had zero sympathy for our time and gas required to come back to the store. I have never had any issues with the male manager that works here.

SHOP HERE! This is a GREAT store for all your children’s needs. Don’t waste your time going to other consignment shops! This is THE ONE. Great prices for every budget, quality items, clean and organized store with friendly staff. I absolutely love giving them my business and will do so for years to come.

Always my 1st stop when looking at clothes for my now 2yr old. I wish the selection was bigger especially for jeans & khakis without buttons 2T, but overall I like this store. When selling clothes they give me a good amount of money even when they can’t take much. I always feel happy with the price.

I can't say how much I love this place. I have sold and bought from them countless times, and will continue to do so. Clothes are always great quality and toys are in great shape.

Visiting from out of town and expecting twins. This store was amazing.....much better than other nearby children's stores. Great prices, great selection, great service. Highly recommended a stop here!

I came in to sell some items. My overall experience was great. Customer service was excellent. The owner called when they were done going through the items that I had brought, she explain to me what she was taking a not. I never felt pressured or unwanted in the store. I will never be going to once upon a child again. The store was clean and neat the clothing that they had was of nice quality, and displayed nicely. Also, they had customers shopping in the store that seemed content. I definitely will come back to the store. One thing I forgot to add the items they chose not to purchase were give them back to me just as neatly as I had given them and sets were still together.

Buckaroos is always my first stop when looking for baby and kids items. They take special care to make sure all products are clean and in working order. The store is clean and organized and easy to locate what you are looking for. I have found some of the most amazing deals on baby items! I bought almost everything I needed for my 3rd baby from Buckaroos! The prices are fair and reasonable and if you sell to them you also get a greater percentage store credit back or you can choose to take the cash option.

Today I finally got to stop at this place to sell stuff. Learned red marks mean 40% off! Woo hoo! Cute barn area for littles to play, or even my 5 y.o. lol The staff was very nice and it didn't take long at all for my offer to be ready. I should have taken the store credit, because I ended up using all my cash on clothes.. oops! I will be back♡

My granddaughter absolutely LOVES this place and I love the prices AND they give a grandparents discount on Tuesdays, that’s become our special day for Buckaroos! We’ve gotten clothes and toys (big doll houses) very reasonable priced. We look forward to our special shopping day in Tuesday’s!

I dont live in the area, I used to work near the store...not anymore. I make it a point to travel at least once a month. Absolutely a go too when I shop for my grandchildren. The friendly atmosphere and the amazing selection. Not to mention the unique selection of toys. My go to always. See you all on Tuesday. Grandma day. You get 20% discount.

Came here and bought an outfit for my newborn and one for my toddler and only paid $12. Will definitely be coming back. I like how everything had a reasonable price, I honestly like this store better than Once upon a child. Will definitely be coming back !

This place is adorable and the prices are great! Some of the items are resell though you can hardly tell as they look brand new. I'll definitely be going back... frequently 😊

Been coming here for years now and was so excited when they got to expand their shop to make room for even more items! Selling my kiddos used stuff here is always so easy and they are always so kind when I go. I've recommended to several friends and family. Love this place 🥰

I was a little skeptical about selling my son's gently used items because of some of the reviews about the offers. However, I think people sometimes expect to get what they paid/close to what they paid for their items. At the end of the day, the items are used and lose value. I feel that the offer I received was fair! Obviously the company needs to consider their profits in order to keep the business going. I will be looking to sell a few more of my son's items in the next coming months. The process was easy and smooth and there's an option to donate remaining items, it's an easy way to declutter unwanted items for some fast cash. 🤷❤

It's a great place. I have a new grandson on the way so we went shopping and found so many things for our new grandson. They have sizes up to 14. It is clean and organized and the staff was very friendly. I will be shopping here again for sure for my other seven grandchildren.

I love this place! They have new items daily. I shop here at least 2-3 times a week, sometimes more :). All their items are in great/new condition and priced reasonable. I prefer this store 100% over kid to kid and once upon a child. I really like how the store is kept nice, clean and organized, and of course I enjoy the free popcorn! I recommed this store to anyone who is looking for inexpensive kid items in great condition.

Love the upscale clothing and the pricing!! They have very friendly and fast service... Really appreciate the good quality of the clothes, shoes, toys and even bows .. They have expanded their store to place much more than what I said. Ages are from newborn to size 16 in teens. I just am so glad I found this place. The pricing is always perfect, they never over price their stuff, they always have deals going on. Always find pretty clothing. The man who is the owner is fast, friendly and super! I love that guy he is wonderful... I always sell stuff and he sorts through my stuff very quickly. Awesome selection of clothes...
