After shopping for a while and exhausting several bike shops around Southeast Houston I landed on Pearland Bicycles and couldn’t be more happy with my decision. Old school bike shop service is what you get here. The entire staff was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and really helped explain all of the aspects of the bikes I was looking at. They don’t make you feel pressured or rushed and they don’t try to upsell you things. I settled for a Specialized StumpJumper, Rock Hopper, and Roll 2.0 for my wife and will remain a forever customer of Pearland Bicycles. Help keep bike shops alive and do yourself a favor and go visit their new location, I promise you won’t leave disappointed!!

Greg and Spencer A+ mechanics, Daryl the owner A+ customer service. Replies to me even on a Sunday and when in person always takes the time to talk to me. The whole team is a delight. Came for a Rockhopper and ended up with a Stumpjumper Comp thanks to Greg's expertise and insight. Years of experience helps new riders like me catch up on information not found anywhere else.

Visited the store a few months ago and had all my questions answered. Came back for my purchase and the staff was amazing. Answered all my new questions, showed me everything to know on my new bike. Everyone is so patient. We adjusted my seat and added accessories. Pearland bicycles is definitely my go to. Plus I absolutely love my bike.

Just got my new bike! Im not the easiest person to deal with when Im making a purchase. However, I visited the store like 2-3 times asking questions. They service my old bike for the last few years. Never had a problem, always friendly. They are always busy and short staffed but I still think they do exceptional service. I am always greeted when I walk in.

I recently moved to the area from Spring and started riding consistently in June 2023 and decided to come to Pearland Bicycles to get my spoke fixed on back tire and annual tune up. Everyone I met there was great, Greg, Erica and Coy. All of them shared great information and tips with me as a new cyclist. I went to size my son for a mountain bike. I received great customer service. The staff was patient with me and answer all my questions and allowed me to try as many bikes as I wanted. I made a purchase and I’ll definitely continue to go back to the store.

I was looking to buy an used bicycle, I found a few good bikes on craigslist, I browsed pearland bicycles also and bingo! I found the right bike, great value, excellent customer service, plenty of inventory.

These guys are top shelf, top notch and trustworthy. I got a dynamic bike fitting on Tuesday for a Cervelo Full Carbon TT bike for my new Ironman habit. These guys measured, weighed, and recorded my stride, power, hip impingement, and cleaned up my form. They built me a sweet bike, and I picked it up today (friday). It is perfect. I got on and shot down the street like a freaking rocket. My bike is an amazing fit, and everything is in exactly the right place. I got a bunch of gear, and they gave me a sweet discount. The cost out the door was lower than I was anticipating. When we went in the first time, they just let me look at stuff. What really blew my mind was I showed them some bikes that I was looking at used and they were totally supportive of anything that was a good fit. They didn't push or lean or try to hard line me, and it honestly felt like they wanted me to have a bike... any bike, from anywhere, as long as I loved it. While we were there the first time, they also double-checked my wife's bike and made sure it was race ready for her. I could go on and on, but I gotta get up early and ride my new bicycle... bicycle, bicycle... I want to ride my bi---cycle... I want to ride my bike!!

I bought my Cervelo Caledonia Ultegra Di2 from Pearland Bicycles (Daryl) a little over a month ago and I am thrilled with the bike. I tapped into Daryl's extensive bicycle knowledge to upgrade the handlebars, seat post and wheels to carbon. His recommendations were perfect! Daryl, his technicians and the young lady who takes good care of everyone who comes in the door are all very knowledgeable and helpful. I had an opportunity to visit Pearland Bicycles last weekend to have Daryl install an oversized pulley wheel and Carbon Fiber handlebar on my Carbon Fiber road bike. Daryl spent several hours installing both items perfectly. The amount of professionalism and detail that was used to install these items was amazing. Every detail, even the smallest was considered including making recommendations and advice along the way. This type of service is beyond anything that I have ever experienced anywhere when handling my bike. I recommend Pearland Bicycles to everyone. You will never be disappointed with the staff nor the quality of their work.

Shopped in store and decided on bike over the weekend. Called the store, ordered the bike, paid via text link. Took less than 5 minutes and saved me a drive back to the store. Picked up bike 10 days later. Always great customer service at Pearland Bicycles!
