Jeff at the front desk was amazing. He helped with everything I needed. I also needed additional help with printing some documents and he was happy to help and very supportive. Great customer service

Love this hotel, I have been here like 5 times and the pool, gym, breakfast, and the rooms are great. And very nice view.

Enjoyed my stay hotel. Rooms are very clean and beds were comfortable . The breakfast attendant Brooke was very helpful, she was getting off her shift and I told there was no more coffee and she turned around and said I will make you a fresh pot no problem. Front desk attendants are very friendly. I would stay again when I’m in the Houston Area.

Was iffy on reviews but glad I came. Very very comfortable pillows and mattress. Bed is soft . Love it here

Front Desk customer service was good, we checked in early. I didn’t understand why we had to pay a $50 deposit even though a card was on file and we booked directly with them. Was no problem though. Hallway upstairs smelled weird kinda like dog pee or something but the room was okay. Room was spacious and clean we had a king. I love how the rooms are furnished and have a lot of lighting. There was a keurig for coffee in there if (good to know if you want to bring your own coffee or tea). Breakfast was pancakes (made fresh from a machine) omelets and little sausages amongst many other things. We didn’t get a chance to try out the indoor pool or jacuzzi. Maybe next time. Location is nice if you’re visiting the galleria. Overall would stay here again. Suitable for all types of travel business or leisure.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean. Customer service was excellent! Breakfast was made of scrambled eggs,egg white omelet with veggies, sausage, oatmeal, milk, juices, bread, cinnamon rolls, yogurt and more things. They have an indoor pool, work out area, office area and more. Great place to stay with the family!

Quick trip. One night stay. Very easy and quick check-in and they updated my address in my Priority Rewards account. Needed to send some files on a deadline and one of the management staff let me use her laptop to do so as I did not have mine and the computer in the Business Center was not working. The breakfast was amazing. Best breakfast at a hotel offering free breakfast every. Pre-made veggie omelettes, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, bacon, pastries, and the warm cinnamon rolls were the BEST. Nice room. I had the King Suite. Modern, spacious, clean.

This post is a little late but it's the first moment I had to write it. We were traveling in a fifth wheel and had mechanical issues with the pick-up. They accommodating us with parking and one of the few hotels that allowed pets. The manager was so understanding and helpful. This happened over Easter week-end and even allowed us to check out late on Monday after the pick-up was fixed. Can't say enough good things. Oh and the breakfast was also very good.

Great hotel with security benefits. We were traveling across country and stopped here for a quick night's rest. There was a security personnel that patrolled the parking lot overnight and all the staff were very friendly and informational. The rooms were clean and the hotel was in great condition. The complimentary breakfast is the best we've had in awhile. With hot cooked breakfast choices and even a pancake maker! Would definitely recommend this to others driving through.

Great location with easy access. The rooms are clean, spacious, and they have comfortable beds. They have a microwave, a Keurig coffeemaker, iron and a safe. Overall we had a great experience with our stay.

Loved the stay here. The best part is they have chargers for electric vehicles, as part of destination charger network. I charged my car overnight, got a charge rate of 40 miles/hr. The pool was as usual fun for the family. The staff was courteous.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Holiday Inn! The rooms are nice, and the people at check in are nice as well. The pool is not that big but fun! The jacuzzi is also very relaxing.

I frequently fly to Houston every two months and I love coming here. Checking in is fast and I like how clean it is. It is extremely convenient to all the hotspots considering it’s in front of I10 freeway. Also, it is very close to memorial city mall which is a great spot

Awesome experience. Not only was everything above my expectations, but the smallest of issues was dealt with immediately, which made our stay all the more exceptional. I'd like to thank the staff and will be staying here again when in the area.

Staff kind and professional. Room at a great price and everything was working properly. Got a movie on demand and although a bit pricey for a rented movie it was easy to control and a fun watch. Free breakfast in the morning made for a great next day.
