I arrived 15 minutes before closing to get my 30, 1 gallon jugs of spring water, as usual. The clerk was still very polite and patient with me. I get my spring water up near Dallas, Texas, because it is 10 cents less than Waco where I live. I thought all stores had to have the same prices.

Don't sleep on this place ,check out their selection of everything. MY Coffee is the best price here. $25 for a big box 98 ct. ,they beat Walmart for sure.

It's changed a lot has hardly anymore of german food

I'm writing this review solely based on the cashier Wes. He is so friendly everytime I visit the store. You can tell he is a hard worker and is very sweet and nice. When I walk in everytime he greets me with a warm smile and welcome to big lots! I definitely think he deserves a promotion!

Friendly service!! S/O to Mr. Wes. He makes you feel so welcome and he's such a joy!! He's 1 of the main reasons I shop there. That's why I give it 5 stars!!

The cashier we had that day was amazing. He was a young gentleman and you could tell he enjoyed his job. He spoke to everyone like they were all his best friends. I will go back because of him.

For the first time today I visited Big Lots in Waxahachie. I was impressed with the size and variety of items available at this store. The store is bright and well orderly. A salesperson was eager to help in the furniture department as I browsed. Check out was a quick and pleasant experience. I will definitely be shopping here again.

I love the store. The guy named Wes at the front is super nice. He’s always smiling and always super polite. He’s very helpful. It’s a great store all together. Never had any problems. I’ve been here a few times and the man that works the register, I believe his name is Wes, is always always so nice and friendly! He is the true definition of great customer service. It makes our experience 100 times better. His excellent job performance should not go unnoticed. I wish there was more customer service employees like him.

After having a bad experience with an employee, I went directly to Rodney, the store Mgr. He went beyond the call of duty to make several issues right with me and corrected my issues. He is very professional and not just cares about his customers, but he cares about how people in general are treated.

Kudos to Dalon in the furniture department! He was friendly, courteous and super helpful and provided a smooth transaction purchasing my sectional. He also provided updates regarding the shipment of part of my order. Thanks again!
