Soft Surroundings

I was looking for a Christmas gift for my boss, so I wandered into Soft Surroundings. Years ago, I received a nice blouse as a gift, so I thought I would take a look and see if I could find something special for her. I was surprised they have such great prices, especially for the quality. The store is beautifully decorated, the staff are all very attentive, the selection is great with daywear plus nightwear and they have pretty home accessories like faux fur throws and scented oils for diffusers. This is a higher end store, so I was very happy I not only found a gift for my boss, a shawl/wrap for my grandmother and a gift card for another family member. I also found some items I like, so I'll return another day to do some personal shopping. Nice little place you have there, Soft Surroundings. Side note: the gift cards come in a gorgeous, detailed envelope and you get $20 extra (expires in a month) with a $100 gift card (no expiration) purchase. That's a good deal!

Really helpful staff. I wish soft surroundings had not switched over from cotton's to viscose on so many of their tops. It doesn't wear well and it doesn't feel as good and it emphasizes everything bad. That said, I still found two cotton tops that are great.

I shop at the Soft Surroundings on Memorial and Beltway 8. Friendly and helpful staff who are always pleasant and professional. This is a busy location but well stocked with a pleasant atmosphere.

I hate that the stores are all closing fron what I was told probably after the holidays end of 2023 or beginning of 2024
