I just wanted to say that Martin from chilis in Alice Tx, is one of if not the BEST servers that has ever served me. He made my wife and I laugh every time he came to check on us, he was on top of or drinks and kept checking up on us I am thankful for his service he really made my day. ✅

Our waiter was awesome! He didn't wait for the hostess to seat us, since no one was even at the front, he automatically asked how many we had and found us a table. Everything came out quickly and cooked to perfection. We never had to worry about our drinks not being filled or anything at all. He was very attentive with us and his other tables as well. The only complaint is that Chili's removed the chicken and waffles from the menu that day, lol especially since that's what 2 of the people in our group planned on ordering, but we still found something to eat.

We were greeted by a nice hostess, who was sweet to our 4yo and accommodated our one special request. Our server, Cassie, was friendly and attentive, as was the food runner who brought some of our order. All food was made exactly as ordered and served hot and fresh.

Great service and good food. We had a party of 30 and were seated pretty promptly. Our server did a tremendous job attending to everyone's needs. We all had a great time at chili's of Alice, TX and were very impressed by our servers level of quality and professionalism. We couldn't stop raving about how such a wonderful time we had. We will definitely come back next time in town and we highly recommend this restaurant.

I ordered online on my way home from work and chose the Two for $25. I had forgotten that it was Valentine's day until I pulled into the packed parking lot. Once inside I noticed many staff members in the kitchen scurrying to get orders ready and the restaurant & bar were full of patrons. The young man that greeted me right away was rushing and said he would look for my order. A young lady came a few minutes later to see if I'd been helped. All in all I waited about ten minutes and then received my order. When I got home and opened the takeout bag I was blown away. Everything was packed well and the food was presented perfectly. The portions were ample and everything was delicious. As busy as they were, the attention to detail and presentation was remarkable and a testament to good a managerial style. Excellent experience - still talking about it two days later LOL!

First time coming in today and food and service was great steak was cooked just right the new Mac and cheese is great also

My little one loves this place, but it's frustrating because the service is very hit or miss, and the food is often served cold. Seems like every time we come in, we have to send something back to be heated.

This afternoon Chilis was obviously under staffed and overwhelmed. We arrived around 2:30PM for a late lunch and didn’t leave until after 4:00PM. However! Praise Kelly Ann our server. Everything within her control, she handled with poise. She was attentive, patient, and kind. She ensured we were pleased with our meal and service even though our food took almost an hour to come out and they were out of molten cakes/ice cream. Things happen but Kelly deserves kuddos. Thank you ma’am.

Its to loud, service could be better. Its confusing on what s going on and who's helping and serving. Food is cold n tasteless. Even at the slowest day with fully staff.

Had a great experience at Chili's today. Sat in Bar area with my family. Service was excellent. Drinks and appetizers awesome. Food was delicious. So glad we stopped by. We will definitely be back.

Great as always. Friendly staff, positive environment, great meeting place in Alice TX. I ordered the entree from the healthy section, I believe it's called the margarita chicken. I love it! I do get the black beans on the side, otherwise they put the chicken on Top of the black beans and the flavors collide...

We eat at this particular Chili's about 2-3 times a week. We enjoy the food, atmosphere, and the service we receive. The wait isn't long from the time you walk in and when you get your food and beverages. There's been less than 2 times the service wasn't so great but for the most part, it's almost always a great experience dining at Chili's.

I always like the food. Sometimes the service sucks. But we got a guy named Benjamin there in Alice, he was wonderful. Explained the menu on some questions we had. Always kept checking on us. Was just super nice. Hope has there next time we go.
