Edgar does an awesome job. I bought a 69 Harley cart that was a good body wise but mechanically and structurally needed some work. Edgar was able to find the right parts (needed new front wheel bearings) and correct/replace/repair a lot of the rusted out structural and cosmetic parts. He delivered it last night and it looks awesome! he is extremely creative in delivering solutions that look good but do not cost a ton of money. The cost was very reasonable considering the amount of work that was involved. I took it on it's first test drive and it is the envy of the neighborhood, as I look like Elvis going down the street (he also had a Harley Cart). Highest recommendation.

I recently bought a used cart and used this company to do a tune up and they were fantastic. It's a small business owned by Edgar. He picked up the cart in Windrose and did the repair and service and brought it back. Looked like a totally different cart and brand new! He does all repairs, maintenance etc and his prices were better than anybody else I called. He painted mine but also did a complete tune up, repaired radio, speakers, etc. We are very happy with his work ! He does all custom work too on top of that. Give him a try if you need anything on your cart!

Edgar was great to work with! Changed out our batteries for us in a very timely manner and for a very reasonable price. He even fixed a brake pedal for us, which we really appreciated! Great communication and great work! He is definitely one of the best! Highly recommend!

I was hit by a pickup on my EZGO golf cart and flipped over, breaking a rear wheel off. The frame was bent and twisted badly. I figured it was totaled but I contacted a few repair shops to find out if it could be fixed. I got nowhere with any of them. Then, based on so many positive reviews, I called Edgar at ACGC. He asked me to send photos of the wrecked cart. He promptly called back and said he could restore it to like new for less than half the price to replace it with another cart. It took him a while to finish it but it was well worth the wait. The cart is beautiful! Top notch service all around. Highly recommended.

Edgar literally saved my daughter’s Christmas. We purchased a golf cart from somebody that was not very upfront or honest to us. The charger was broken, it was poorly put together, no window, no side view mirrors, and the seats were poorly installed. The gold cart made noises when it was driven and wouldn’t hold its charge. I was referred to Edgar from a neighbor. I called him and he literally called me the next day and came over to look at our golf cart. He transferred the golf cart for free and gave us a quote. Our golf cart looks nothing the same. It looks brand new and my daughter had everything she wants on it for a very reasonable price. I would recommend Edgar to everyone! He does wonderful work and we are so happy with the outcome.

Not only did Edgar spend hours and hours trying to pinpoint a problem two other local golf cart repair shops could not find but charged us $$$ and our golf cart was not fixed. Edgar practically rebuilt the whole golf cart system and yes, found the problem. Then, I guess as a courtesy, he repainted the metal uprights and the floor, and he removed scratches, one very deep. He did not return it damaged as another place did. I know this is long, but I hope you choose this business to repair your golf cart. It will be returned fixed and better than new! It has never run this well, not even new!

Edgar did a great job with my golf cart! Made it from scratch! Hooked me up with some extras cause of the wait time since the rona virus had all part's deliveries backed up. I recommend you go see him before going to a golf cart lot! He'll do you right!

Edgar at American Custom Golf Carts does phenomenal work. My family in Seven Coves has used him and he also completely redid my 14-year-old EZ-GO as seen in picture below. Most people in my neighborhood think it’s a new Golf Cart whereas it just has Edgar’s professional touch. Edgar is very honest, respectful and kind and he turns around his work very quickly. This shop is a shop full of INTEGRITY, we will not let you down.
I am so thankful to have met Edgar, before I went to American Custom Golf Carts I had had my cart serviced at four locations, now I have found the very best. As far as I’m concerned he is the only one in the CONROE/WILLIS/HUNTSVILLE area that does repairs and customization, TRULY THE BEST!
He does custom paint, lift kid, tires, sound everything you can possibly imagine, even limousines, Hummer. If you go to Edger’s shop be sure to ask to see his book of some of the work he has done, I have never seen such fine customization.
There is nothing he can’t do. Nobody does work like Edgar. When Edgar brought my golf cart back I honestly could not recognize it. He did so many improvements that it truly looks like a new golf cart. I promise if you give him a try you will never go to anyone else. Guaranteed!!

Edgar replaced 2 CV joints and a wheel hub on one of my 4x4 carts. He communicated about the parts that would be required, pricing, and labor charges in advance. Thank you again for the repairs and service, the cart drives great!
