Water Heater stop heating, the guys came the next morning, on time and had the water heater working in a few hours. Very professional and courteous. Have been using Pro Staff for years and would recommend them to anyone.

We had an emergency; they came right out, and they guys were so kind and professional!

I had set up an appointment to have my trailer replumbed. And then the rain came! Since i am at the bottom of a slope i was not comfortable with the guys being under the trailer on wet ground with electrical wires near. They got my trailer done yesterday.
Throughout this whole semi great flood they have been wonderful with having to move dates to come out and do the work. The guys were friendly, courteous and answered my questions without talking down to me. (Sorry, a lot of makes talk down to a woman like we're idiots).
I dealt with Melody on the phone thru this whole time. She was always very friendly and supportive.
I highly recommend them. This was my 3rd time using them and i have no regrets.

They hire contractors to do the work and then when they get the bill they do not want to pay. Try to tell you what your getting paid. Reluctant to pay the bill.

Lines are clogged, had them come out to service them. Couldn't get them unclogged and we agreed to have them put in an extra clean out pipe near the clog to unclog it and allow for future maintenance. He left saying he was going to come back, and never showed. Called them back to get a status update and they said that they were going to have to reschedule us. The problem I have is they have part of our plumbing tore apart and they didn't give us any call or update to tell us they couldn't make it. I literally took a day off of work for this. TL:DR Do not recommend at all. All they did was come out, take part of our plumbing apart, tell us they couldn't unclog it without a new clean out drain, then left without putting anything back together and now they have to "reschedule"

We will never use them again... Overcharged for a simple gas line fix..Claimed our current lines where discontinued and needed to be replaced...We found out later that was a lie and was charged $1600 for a simple line replacement... BEWARE THEY WILL SCREW YOU!!!!!
