Very authentic Mexican restaurant. Every server walks around with a smile on their face and is very kind. The chips and salsa are great! I ordered the Pozole and my husband the menudo. My only complain was that my Pozole had too much hominy (about 70%). It seemed like every scoop I took was full of hominy. Other than that, it was great. The place was busy and the service was quick.

I was looking for breakfast tacos for a meeting and Casa de Leon didn’t disappoint! The restaurant is nicer on the inside than the outside. The staff is super helpful and very friendly. Everyone at my team meeting loved the tacos so now I need to try some other items on the menu. The freshly made tortillas were perfect and the chorizo wasn’t greasy. Check them out!

I placed an online order and it’s my first time ordering. usually around this area there aren’t a lot of Mexican food places and I was craving enchiladas. I get a little nervous ordering from New Mexican places because it is usually a hit or miss. I placed the order and it did take 10 min. First thoughts when I saw my enchilada plate it looks good. I asked for chicken and the chicken is red has a nice flavor to it. On top of that they added more green sauce for my enchiladas and I’ve actually never had a restaurant serve me more just in case and on top of that be a bigger condiment. Overall it was great and definitely will be ordering from here again!

This is a great local hole in the wall you don’t want to miss. Haven’t been for dinner yet but the breakfast tacos were amazing. Super fresh tortillas and they didn’t skimp on the cheese like some places love to do! The two salsas were fresh and delicious as well, highly recommend mixing them. Awesome service.

The place is a hole in the wall. Like a restaurant in an Anthony Bourdain show. Not pretty, but authentic! But it makes the atmosphere perfect. Great food, very interested service, my favorite breakfast place in Houston. The prices are excellent too!

You feel at home nice place clean service is very good. The fajitas and the mole enchiladas were. Very good. Tammi. The horchata was good have cinnamon as traditional they are not too sweet that perfect the tamarindo drink was too

If you want authentic Mexican food without all the fluff and frills go here. The food is so good and the service is exceptional. This place has the best tacos I have ever had and and I have lived all over the world. This place is a must if u want good food

I have been going to this place since high school. Consistently good quality food over the years. Friendly staff and good service. The green sauce is a little spicy but I like it. They have good breakfast tacos and I really like the chimichanga. Is in a rough area of town and it has been around for many years. The interior kind of shows this. It is not messy or dirty in any way you can just tell the place has been around for a while.

I’m from Ohio and don’t speak Spanish so sometimes handicapped in Houston. This place was very friendly with a well translated and detail menu. Numerous staff will come to your table to greet and take care of your needs. My chimichanga was under $10 and I thought it was great. They also have beer and margaritas even for breakfast!

I Love This Mexican Restaurant! Food is alwsys Fresh, and Hot, and made just the way you request. Staff is always friendly and at your service for a great restaurant experience and Great Fulfillment Tast. And Price Very Reasonable. Don't forget to tip your waitress, always in a friendly mood. I recommend it. Great kids menue choice too. Their Sugar Cookies to Go, is a great companion with Fresh Cup of Coffee @ Home.

Fabulous no frills tacqueria with great quality and excellent value. Plus, it is open late!

We go on Sundays for breakfast and Everytime the service and staff are the most wonderful and pleasant. Food and prices are excellent. This restaurant is a great place to eat and enjoy with family and friends.

If you want AUTHENTIC mexican food where the flavor is on point, the waiters mostly know spanish, you seat yourself, and pay at the register. This is it. Parking is easy to come by, carne guisada had no potatoes (which I prefer) and tasted like it was cooking for 3 days, the menudo was flavorful and tasted amazing from broth to tripas (i don't know how to say that in english) so yeah quality stuff. Bring good energy and some f...... manners and you will enjoy it too.

So it's almost midnight on a Tuesday, and you want a carne guisada chimichanga and 2 tacos al pastor? This is your spot. It's so good.

The food was really good like the one you can have in Mexico. The price was very reasonable and the quantity was huge. The mixed fajitas is enough for 2 people by itself. I highly recommend.

Great location, right in the heart of Spring Branch. To be exact is in long point and Campbell. I’ve been coming here for years. The Breakfast is a must. The food is delicious with affordable prices. For lunch I always get the Huaraches! They are so good with an Agua de Horchata! I promise you will be back after you try this. Make sure you get fajita with your Huarache.

Authentic food in the heart of Spring Branch. We love the fajitas. Have heard the breakfast tacos are also incredible, so we'll definitely have to come back!
