A week into this adventure, so far so good. The first visit everyone at every level. Everyone on their game. A week before my first procedure, I had questions. Called in asked if Kelly could meet with me. We were in her office that afternoon. Told her my concerns, asked her to explain my difference options. I asked her to explain explain everything to me as if I was a third grader. She explain everything on a level I could understand. I asked if I were to make some changes right before the day the surgery was planed. She made everything work, and on time and original schedule. The day of the procedure, is pretty much a blur. But they kept my wife informed at every step. This morning, I didn't like the looks of my mouth, so I called. They made me an appointment in the afternoon. Saw the Doctor, he said everything was just fine. I went home felling a lot better knowing everything was okay.

I always have panic attacks at the dentist, today was no exception, however, the blonde lady( I can't remember her name, I'm sorry) was so, so kind and empathetic. She stayed with me and talked to me throughout the whole ordeal. The assistant and the doctor were also very kind and gentle. They explained everything that I asked about in detail.

The atmosphere when I first walked in reassured me I was in the right place; as I was taken to the back, I was greeted with a beautiful smile and a pleasant voice. Her voice was one that spoke volume because it gave me the sense of I’m in good hands; and anybody that knows me, knows I do not like going to the dentist. From start to finish, they took very good care of me and explain to me in Laymans term every step and my options. They made sure that my impressions were correct before I left out of there. Each and every person I came in contact with, was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional, but yet gentle and friendly. I recommend this office to everyone. Excellent customer service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They are always amazing! I got my teeth pulled with an upper implant and a bottom partial. They always know my name when I come in. They are upfront about everything.

This office was a great office. Everybody was very professional and friendly. I felt really comfortable in the office. I have a lot of anxiety when I go to a dentist. I had no anxiety at this office and Dr Pun was fantastic he answered all of my questions and I did not feel rushed. My husband is also going to use this office and he feels the same way I do.
