The Smith Lambright and Associates were quick in their response and returned my taxes in a timely manner. The staff was polite and cordial. Have been using them for awhile now and realize they are going through changes with the loss of Mr. Smith. Was a little surprised by rate increase, but pleased with work done.

I called and asked if their company would be interested in providing services (payroll and bookkeeping) for my two businesses. I was transferred to another person, and had to re-state my simple request a couple of times, and they were quite rude, and disinterested in doing business with me. Confusing. Thankfully there are other options, and I will go where I am welcomed.
