Me and my family were in town, went to the bank to get a check deposited. After some time getting the the check deposited, our battery zapped. So we had to go back in, contact Autozone and get a new battery. Paid on the phone. Normally they don't do delivery and installation but the manager allowed it and I thanked her. Who ever you are, THANK YOU! You blessed pur day.

They help me pick out batteries for my truck and even installed them for me. Very helpful will be back.

Great people work there! Of course like anyone else dealing with the employment struggle they have newbies sometimes. But the people who’ve been there a long time know their stuff! Very friendly and helpful! Always willing to keep coming back! If they don’t have it they usually can order it and will go out of their way to help find it! They definitely make you feel wanted and appreciated!!

Had a bad battery that is under warranty. Unfortunately we can not find the replacement. Out of stock etc. the guys in Athens spent over an hour trying to help me find the battery etc. After exhausting all avenues they gave me a full refund since they couldn’t replace the battery. There is literally nothing more I could ask from them. Fantastic customer service! Leonard and David at the Athens Store were more than great! Reminded me of how customer service used to be! But great customer service it’s still alive at the Autozone in Athens TX!!!

I have found AutoZone far exceeds the knowledge and stock items more so than any of their competitors they always have what i need and if they dont they will get it not to mention when doing a check engine scan they will find out what the problem is love me some auto zone

The staff were exceptionally professional. They were very friendly and helpful with all that I needed to correct my problem. My problem was the dinging in my car because the washer fluid was low, but they were just as willing to help as if it could have been major engine trouble. Plus, the clerk that checked my product was able to identify the positives with the brand that I chose. I would surely return to this establishment if I lived closer to Athens. I was just passing through when I stopped to rid myself of the irritating ding every 15 minutes because of low wiper fluid.

The manager (didn't get her name) & Alex were so nice & helpful. I took an 85 year old lady to get a new battery & Alex took hers off (& it was difficult to do) & put the new battery on for her as well. Our experience there was above & beyond our expectations. We will definitely go to this store for any future needs. Auto Zone is very fortunate to have this young man as an employee. I think he deserves a little something special to show recognition of the qualities he possesses. Great guy!!

I received excellent service. The young man wanted to put my head light in, which was very nice. I have my own mechanic that does that at Mike Tip Top Auto repair.
