Prior to finding Dr. Smith’s practice in Waxahachie I probably way over spent on a procedure that addressed my top teeth being replaced. A similar procedure was recommended for my bottom teeth which would have cost approximately 14k.
After consulting with Craig and Deborah Smith, I chose to move forward with their recommendation and specialized procedure which beautified my bottom teeth with only one visit and I was able to keep my existing teeth. It was a whole lot less expensive as well!
The experience was super comfortable and went smoothly. I’m very happy with the results and so happy that I found Main Street Dental Arts!

I have seen Dr. Smith for over ten years. He is alway professional, consciences, listens to my concerns, explains procedures, and develops a plan to achieve positive results. He provides a calm and relaxing environment scheduling only one patient in the office at a time. He works with my insurance, helps with a financial plan, to achieve my goal with the best results. I love Deborah his assistant and office manager. They are always friendly and very knowledgeable of new products and procedures. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. They keep my smile on point and I always highly recommend their office to friends and family.

I have been going to Craig and Deb Smith's Dental office, Main Street Dental Arts, for the past 15 years. I got braces from them as a teenager and have continued to choose this as my dentist of choice into my adult years. Both Craig and Deb are very kind, professional, and have great attention to detail. I know that I will be well taken care of when I go here. The office is very calming, clean, and quiet, which I think are important qualities in a dental office.

I was given a recommendation to come here a couple of years ago and due to bad experiences with other dentists, I was a little hesitant. After the first visit, I was glad I came, Deb and Dr. Smith have always had an inviting atmosphere and make sure that you're taken care of. My teeth have never been in better shape since coming here. Definitely wish I had come sooner than later!

Dr Smith and his wife, treat every patient as individual, not as a number. When you are there, you are the patient, no distractions, no others. Great atmosphere. We will continue visiting Dr Smith.

Dr. Craig and assistant Deborah Smith did a great job with modifying my smile! Other dentist that I previously visited seemed to be challenged to find a solution that I would be happy with. Dr. Smith did a fabulous job and in 2 visits, it was done. I’m usually not a fan of going to the dentist, but this duo made my experience a pain free one and they have state of the art equipment that made viewing what was going to be done, easy to understand.
A payment plan was also offered, which was welcomed and taken advantage of.
The drive is about a half hour from Dallas, but worth it to find a dental outfit that provides a comfortable and professional experience !

I love going to the see Dr. Smith and his staff. They are friendly, professional, and have state of the art equipment. I drive an hour for Dr. Smith's expertise and it is worth every minute. I highly recommend this dentist. 8 years since I left the original review and still love them!

I have always been scared of going to the dentist, but I've become very happy with Craig and Deborah. Deborah always tries to make sure I'm comfortable and at ease and Dr. Smith always works on my teeth very thoroughly. Our last dentist was very rude and abrasive but here my family and I receive nothing but kindness! If you're looking to maintain fantastic dental hygiene and more, Main Street Dental Arts is beyond excellent :) And that's saying a lot for someone who used to dread the dentist!

Dr. Craig and Deborah were so helpful after I had my braces removed. I had braces as an adult and they left me with lots of gum recession and bone loss, and Dr Craig helped put my smile back together with Bioclear. I drove 10 hours to have this work done just because I liked talking to them over the phone and they were so thorough and helpful to me. Reasonable prices too! I still call for dental advice! Can’t recommend them enough!

I drive thirty minutes to get care from here, it is high quality and comfortable.

The Smiths’ model of business and client care is completely different than what other dentists provide. While their office is exceptionally clean, even prior to COVID, and state of the art equipped, it’s the atmosphere and custom service that sets them apart.

There are 10 of us who see Dr. Smith. They have corrected terrible dental work we had done in Waco, custom made dentures for our octogenarian mum, fitted braces, and done some cosmetic work on a kiddo missing adult teeth. They keep notes in each person’s records about dental concerns and anxieties and always have a game plan for making each of us feel relaxed prior to treatment.

The Smiths have scheduling down to a science. RARELY have we waited more than 5 minutes (which is dedicated to a quick update of your medical chart and concerns). NEVER have we waited 10 minutes to be seen. It’s a regular policy that patients don’t overlap. You arrive, and they take care of ONLY YOU. Once in a while we’ve arrived extra early for our appointments, and only then have we crossed paths with other patients. During COVID, especially, this is appreciated. As a patient, I like that Dr. Smith is focused exclusively on my care for my scheduled time. Also, SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS!!!!

Other highlights include no weird smells, very peaceful, quiet spa-like atmosphere, huge picture windows with beautifully landscaped views of nature to distract from the procedure, calming background music and video images, interesting custom art in the waiting area, chit-chat that proves they remember who you are and what’s important to you.

Dr. Smith and his staff are amazing. My family & I have been going to Dr. Smith for well over 10 years. I had braces as an adult from Dr. Smith & now I get compliments on my smile daily. He & his staff are well educated on all of the latest techniques to get you a healthy & beautiful smile. I drive from Arlington just to come to the dentist & it is well worth the trip every time!

We have been extremely pleased with with the services that we have received from Main Street Dental Arts. Dr. Craig Smith does an outstanding job explaining the treatments and what we should expect going forward with my daughter’s braces. Deborah has helped me tremendously with juggling appointments for the rest of my family, sending reminders and having Saturdays available. It is very obvious that they genuinely care about the patients and their families.

Today I went to Dr. Smith’s for an appointment it was an emergency, I thought I was going for a check to see what the next steps would be. I was treated like royalty. Everything was explained to me in detail. My questions were answered and before anything was done I was told what was going to happen and was told what to expect every step of the way. I cannot tell you how blessed I am today. I have more appointments ahead of me but I know I am in good hands. Deb was wonderful she handled me with care. I was a little scared but she continued to reassure me that I would feel pressure but I would be okay and I was okay through the entire process.

Main Street Dental Arts is the best. My experience was phenomenal I can’t say it enough. My mother always taught me to give praise where praise is due, today I am doing just that. Thank you!!!

Dr.Smith is amazing! Mr. & Mrs Smith do everything in their power to make you feel comfortable and at peace when getting work done. I definitely enjoy every experience I have when I’m in the office. They’re definitely the Go-to whenever you need dental work done!

I can't say enough of how wonderful this Husband and wife team are. They really take care of you. The office is ALWAYS clean. ALWAYS nice and welcoming. They have a kids area. Best equipment. Dr. Smith is very knowledgeable and explains everything. I always get a reminder from Deb if I need anything taken care of. It's hard to comprehend that our lifestyle shows on our teeth. They turn back time yall!!!! Just go give them a try!!! Please !!

I must say Dr Craig Smith is by far the best Dentist I have had in years. And I’m comparing him to other dentists in other states also. I was very impressed with His professionalism and knowledge. The environment from the time you step in the office is pure tranquility. Deborah Smith is super awesome and shows you every detail for every procedure that will take place. Loved their state-of-the-art equipment super clean facility. But the best part was NO PAIN!!!!!! Lol At all. And that’s in I’m my opinion the biggest reason I and most people avoid going to the dentist. Well you don’t have to worry about that with Dr Craig Smith. We finally found our family Dentist.

I love the family atmosphere that Dr. Smith and his staff provide! The first question people ask me when I tell them what great experiences I've had is "but how much did he charge you?" Let me tell you that along with the friendly family atmosphere the pricing is unbeatable! Dr. Smith sees one patient at a time so you don't get that rushed feeling that you get at most doctors offices and not once have I had to wait because of Dr. Smith being behind like most doctors offices. I came here after I was referred by a co-worker because I had an awful tootheache. They got me in that same day! And I have been going back ever since. They are the most honest dental practice I’ve ever been to, I was starting to lose hope in finding an honest dentist. I had been to several dental offices, they all gave me unreasonable treatment plans that were thousands of dollars and would pretty much only give one option and no discussion or other options. With Dr. Smith that is NOT the case they give you several treatment plans so that you have the option to select which works for you. They don’t “push” the costly treatment plans like other dental practices. They also offer reasonable payment plans that you can set up according to your budget. They are really friendly Deborah is his wife and assistant she’s great as well. The office is super clean and very calming and inviting. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and answer any questions you have. There is never any long waits and you’re pretty much seen right at your appointment time. You don’t feel like you are just “another” patient or a number at this office. I have referred family and friends and now even my son and husband will see Dr. Smith. I will NEVER switch to another practice. In my opinion this is how dentistry should be. All the equipment is very up to date and they have the latest technology. I now actually look forward to my dental visits. If you’re looking for a great Dentist look no more. Main Street dental is the place to go.
