Margarita is an exceptional lady who is always willing to go out of her way to help someone. She's honest, reliable, and very personable which are quite rare qualities to have in business nowadays it seems. She's extremely knowledgeable about real estate and is happy to guide her clients to what would be best for their individual needs. No matter if you are meeting her for the first time or not, she has a way about her that makes you feel like you're long time friends instead of client/realtor. That's not to say that she isn't professional, because that is so far from the truth. She is very serious about her work and you can tell how much she loves what she does, because it shows in every detail and every conversation you may have with her. I've yet to meet a realtor on her level, who is still so passionate about their career field.
