Wells Fargo Bank

Came in with a total of 6 cash deposits filled with dollars and coins 🤣 What a task. I was immediately greeted and asked if I could be helped or just needed a teller. My teller was Nelson and he was very patient and friendly with me. After reading the reviews I was nervous about service but am very happy that I had a pleasant experience and can return if I need to and am in the area 🤍💋

I had to deal with an account issue on May 28th 2022, met with the sweetest banker by the name of Miss Lacy, I have never been treated so good by anyone before, she was the sweetest most caring person I have ever met. She helped me in ever way with my account and explained everything to be in the kindest most professional way ever. I hope she stays there for along time

I can tell you this ...I am an over the road truck driver and I am used to being treated poorly at shippers/receivers and was quite prepared after reading the review's to be treated poorly again..What a enjoyable experience. These Waxahatchie folks in this town and the people who run Wells Fargo Banks are blessed to have such friendly, professional, and courteous employees and citizens.They all had name tags, all were from what I saw were all very professional and nice. I heard no one complaining. Service was fast. Special thank you to Marissa an Monica... Very professional and courteous... Hats off to to these folks...Awesome.. Highly recommend you stop and do business with them... You will be very satisfied. Thank you

I had an issue with the new ATM installed inside at the Branch Office in Waxahachie. The service center on the telephone were not very helpful and told me it would be seven days to be resolved. I went to the branch in person and Scott Kramer resolved the issue in 30 minutes not 7 days! Thank you Mr. Kramer. I am a happy Wells Fargo customer.

Took my daughter in to open an account. Amber was really nice and treated us like she has know us for yrs. The tellers were extremely nice to the both of us.

After my father fell and was hospitalized, the staff at Wells Fargo went above and beyond to help me sort out financial issues and I just cant thank them enough. They continued to help me after the bank even closed.

The gentleman I spoke with help me set up my phone make sure I was comfortable with what he showed me he was very patient with me I really appreciate his help.
