Advantage Self Storage

This was the best experience with a Self Storage facility. Everything was easily handled via texting and emails. Entering and exiting the facility was great as all we had to do was text "OPEN" and it did. The grounds were well maintained which was a definite plus. If we are ever in need of a unit again, we will be coming back!

Staff was very helpful. They were very informative and polite. I didn't have any issues with the storage unit itself. It was neat and spacious/affordable for what I needed.

My family just purchased a house in the area and Advantage made it easy and convenient to store our entire house in a secure and clean environment (storage unit). We could not have asked for a better storage unit and service was exceptional and super friendly. They made us feel welcome to a new town! Definitely recommend for anybody looking for storage unit!

I have rented here for over two years and never had any issues. A couple of times I needed to extend the due date and Brad was always very helpful and very understanding. I would do business here anytime!!

These great folks are fun to talk to and work hard to ensure things are right. Wish my divorce was as soothing, but, when you need to store 27 years of gathering life until you re-settle, this is THE SPOT!

Love, LOVE Advantage storage! I've had other storage places but this one was by far the best I'd ever used. Was here for two years and every bit worth time, effort and money. Brad was so accommodating during this crazy covid surprise when the world's economy fell apart. I will recommend ADVANTAGE STORAGE Waxahachie to everyone. The grounds were always clean as was the hallways of my storage unit. Thank you Brad for the two best storage years of my life!!

rented in 2020 about 150 a month very clean good location like the online payments very nice its open at the top of the units but i didnt get any vibs the keypad and fence was convincing enough

Efficient, CLEAN, safe, climate controlled actually works! Lots of lights. Management available to help out as much as possible, friendly and NOT like a corporate owned employee! Privately owned. Good people. We just consolidated 2 storerooms into one. We chose to leave another location in favor of Advantage Self Storage. Thank you, Brad! 🙂

Besides being very convenient and easily accessible, renting from Advantage Storage was a great experience for me. The rate for a Climate Controlled unit was quite reasonable and the use of a trolley very helpful. The grounds were always clean and trimmed. The staff were always very friendly and accommodating and made the move out process simple. I highly recommend this place for secure temporary storage.

Great experience with this storage unit! Rented for 3 years and always received timely communication and service. The storage unit and facilities are very clean and kept up with. The facilities are easy to access as well.

I have had storage units at this facility for a couple of years and have never had any issues. It's always clean and secure, no issues with mice or pests. Management is top notch, he even contacted me after hours when I was trying to access the security gate and forgot my code. I would highly recommend this facility!

I reserved this storage at the last minute online in the middle of the nite. Went the next day to check in I was impressed. I consider this storage place The best storage in Waxahachie. We rented a 10x10 unit. When we arrived it was clean, with no problems. Our move in and out was very easy without no problems. When we moved out we had to rent a truck.... nice friendly staff

Turned in our Penske truck here from our move 2 and a half years ago and luck would have it, they had a unit available to store our household things. We have recently moved out and just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Brad and crew for the professional/polite customer service and keeping our things safe and secure for so long. Excellent service, security is top notch. Very nice location and professional service! I rented a large unit for 4-5 months, the facility is second to none. Very easy process and no hassle checking out.
