I absolutely love this bank! The staff is friendly and helpful. If there’s an issues they are always quick and helpful to resolve the problem.

Local branch employees are exceptional and knowledgeable. Great customer service.
Main bank in Killeen is IMPOSSIBLE to contact or get ANY human on the telephone. Minimum wait time on phone 15 min. if your lucky.

I come here to make deposits for my company and I absolutely love it ! I always look forward to coming here because everyone is always super nice . Wendy was the first employee that stood out to me because she was so interactive and kind . But everyone else there doesn’t not fall short , they’re all amazing and so nice . Always make sure I have Ana amazing experience!

Had the Best experience Ever. I waited in line and when it was my turn a lady named Wendy waited on me. I mention to her that it was lunch time and I only had a small window to work with to open up a bank account. She did an awesome job.

I went to this location on a Sunday they were super busy and let me tell you nothing but smiles from these guys! I want to give a shout out to Brenda P for going over and beyond to get my account open, shout out to Wendy for keeping a smile on my face and lifting me up emotionally and spiritually and also I wanna give a shout out to Matthew even though I didn’t get free lunch for my friend lol lol. But seriously I met these guys and I immediately felt like I was part of a family and Miss Wendy kept welcoming to the family! All I can say is these guys are a great asset to your team we need mire people like them!

Great bank to do business with. Been with them for years and have never had a complaint.

The staff were very helpful! However, the location was understaffed resulting in a long wait for service.

I like this bank it has a wonderful staff working there and they take real good care of me I have no problem with them they are great😄😄

Nothing but sass and attitude towards the ladies, but Wendy. I keep getting harassed about direct deposit, but that’s out of my control for I only receive paper checks! I come in this recent Friday in waxahachie. My bank teller was so rude! You could tell she did not want to cash my check! Kept getting on to me about direct deposit. I told her from the beginning I wanted my check cashed and a certain amount deposited as well as making it available that very same day. Very nice to my face but faked it til she made it by acting like she cared and took her sweet time! Lemme tell you she took about 30 minutes to care about my stuff. (Note: I used to work at a bank and it didn’t take that long!)She also asked me why I can’t direct deposit could cared less about what I had to say. The attitude was there! Trust me babe if I could get direct deposit I would cause I don’t wanna see your ghetto face either. So ready to switch to another bank! Go to Wendy and no one else.she’s not new either none of three are so no excuses! Trashy bank! I’ll be sure to get that failures name!
