Over the top great service employee was very knowledgeable and helpful. The best part was my wife wanted a leaf blower and she needed one she could handle and start. They worked with her to match her up with one she could start and handle with not problems. The demoed two of them and worked with her until she felt comfortable. You simply don’t get this type of old school service anymore. Thank you for providing us with excellent service

I found this store to be an outstanding example of how customer service SHOULD be. I walked in around noon, their busy time, was immediately asked if I needed help, described my needs, and the employee immediately called over the manager to help with my order. Jason came right over and provided outstanding product knowledge of the Stihl products I was interested in. He guided me to the products based upon what I told him my needs were! Not what might have been more expensive or with longer shelf life, but what MY needs were. He described the pro and cons professionally and cheerfully. Even went back to the work shop to examine a model he was out of but had in for repair. Neat and tidy work shop, well stocked and clean store, helpful and cheerful employees! What else could you ask for? These guys were awesome, it was my first time in the store! Adios big box stores, back to the local yokel.

The people that work here are the best in their business. You could go to Home Depot and be followed around and never helped. You will not have that problem here.

I walked in with a list of items I needed. A gentleman greeted me at the door, took my list, gathered all the items I needed, with me in-tow, and escorted me to the checkout counter. I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes with EVERYTHING I needed. This was the PERFECT amount of customer service. Thank you Keyworth's. I will be back!

I went there today right at closing because I was in need of a specific part to repair a blower ..I had remembered they carried a line of Stihl Outdoor Power Equipment ..and I was hoping they had what I need today as I had promised the customer I would have his blower ready ...but I messed up the green rubber flex hoses for the fuel return and intake ... It was not something that had out for general sale ....but they took me back in their service area where Keyworths has odd and end parts for them to make repairs on the spot ....well they had what I needed and sold it to me at very reasonable cost ....and I was on my way ...Keyworths made a customer and I kept one ..Thanks

This store has alot of stock that big hardware stores dont have,home depot , lowes in example. I can never get help finding things at big hardware stores but here they greet you as soon as you come in and assist you in what you need..if ever in need of a product or tool you dont find at the other stores that pretty much have a monopoly try Keyworths and see how they do business...

I should shop here more often. They usually have all the pieces I need for projects and their prices are comparable to all the big box stores. Best thing is it's only a few blocks from my home.
