Great environment! The management here are doing a great job. The place was amazingly clean. Food was hot and was served fast. I don't have anything critical about this establishment, nor anything negative to say. Keep up the good job!

Can’t really complain about the food, it’s the same every time. I will say though whoever works in the cafe part making the iced coffees is the best. I order the same thing every time (Caramel iced coffee with caramel drizzle) and the person who makes it puts their whole heart and soul into it. Best iced coffee around 😻

Went here to go pick up lunch for the family. They had forgotten one part of my order. Outside that, everything was great. The food was hot, fresh, and ready in a good reasonable amount of time. I came back earlier to pick up the part of the order that was forgotten. Credit to the staff! They were really awesome with helping me out, and made sure I had gotten everything. 😊

I screwed up when placing my order and didn’t realize it until I was in the car checking my food. I went in prepared to pay for the correct food because it was my mistake and they offered to make it for free without hesitation. I was taken back and very impressed. Thank you McDonald’s 281. Keep up the great work.

I be honest the only thing I love is your ff and fish fillet with out cheese extra tartar sauce with ketchup and lemon juice wash down with and orange Fanta. The best for my pallette. I love to get a few like four meals free during lent for Friday evening meals . I have a fix income and this would help this crazy golden lady. That is not going to stop living to live with what I enjoy. Thank you Father God and I am grateful for what I do have. Wishful 🤞thinking.

We really only stopped in for ice cream but the staff & manager were very friendly.

Right now this is the only McDonald's open in town. The other one is being remodeled. Went inside to place my order. Didn't wait long and the Manager was very friendly and upbeat. The staff was very friendly too. My order was perfect and didint even have to ask for ketchup and sauces. 👍

Despite being a fast food restaurant the food was delicious very crispy fries and hot … the nuggets also hot & crispy the coke delicious… the only downside was the ice cream machine was broken

This place "ROCKS " they made the best frappe I have had in a long time the people were AWESOME and I'm not just saying that we are truck drivers so we are all over the people didn't act like I was a pain to ask for breakfast and frappe I enjoyed talking to them

Thisis particular location in Alice, Texas is always warm and friendly and very clean. I often stop there to get a coffee and do some paperwork between visiting at my home care patients. Where else can you get the coffee for a dollar with endless refills and free Wi-Fi? And you can work un- interrupted for hours.

Always good breakfast. Sausage biscuit and hash brown is Great and Awesome value.
