Best Western Plus Northwest Inn & Suites

Nice hotel, the lobby is well done, rooms were clean and staff were great. The overall location is a bit sketchy but within the hotel grounds it was very well kept and good. I probably would not go for a walk in the neighborhood at night but if you have a car ( and its Huston so you should have a car) then its totally fine.

Everything was great except the waffle maker was burning all the waffles. 🤣 Everyone had to scrape waffles off the maker. Other than that Great customer service and comfy room. 1st floor curtains don't close all the way. Clear sheers, and you can see outside.

This hotel is so clean, and the staff is helpful & friendly. Waffles, omelettes & basic breakfast goodies - complimentary. The rooms are very nice & smell good - recommend!! Prime location & prefer it to the hotel right next to it - don't go for a nice view, go for the location, comfort & convenience 😉

For a hotel of this category, it was very clean put the decent decor and quaint. The hotel staff was great who checked us in. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable by providing as rooms to our liking. Clean surroundings. Value for money.

While there were a few minor issues, the staff was always courteous and responsive to resolve the issue generally exceeding my expectations. The hotel was limited on its breakfast due to covid restrictions. The gym equipment was well maintained. This was an excellent value on the overall package.

Bertha at the front desk was WAY MORE than helpful. I felt like I traveled to the Bahamas or someplace foreign just to receive the information I was given here with Bertha. The hotel was clean & quiet. Always recommend Best Western hotels to my friends, but honestly you can’t go wrong with the service Bertha brought to the table here at the location. Good job and keep it up Bertha for going above and beyond your expectations ! 👍🏼

My husband, daughter & I stayed here for the first time April 24-26th 2021 and we loved it. The rooms were so clean, everything is pretty brand new & Bertha was so friendly at the front desk. Anything we needed at anytime, Bertha was willing to help us & did it with a beautiful smile. She is amazing and she is the reason why we will be returning when we come back in a few weeks. I was here for a baby shower. My family rented the conference room and it was great. The hotel is very nice and elegant. Everything looked brand new and well kept. I can't provide a review for their rooms as I did not stay overnight. The customer service was outstanding by promptly providing everything we needed. Overall, a great hotel for a baby shower and for rooms.

This place is a diamond in the rough. Very clean very quiet. Updated. Great service. The rooms are spacious, and overall pretty. I dont often call hotels pretty but this place is a gem. Affordable too. I moved out of Houston 2 years ago. Came back to hang out with some old work friends checked in today and loving it. The staff the property the rol.s. no complaints at all.

Bertha at the front desk was absolutely amazing. We had an expedia mix up and she took care of it so quickly and was extremely nice. It was a busy night and she made sure every customer was seen and taken care of. Definitely 5/5 for customer service.

i enjoyed my stay. The room was beautiful and immaculate. It was clean and very quiet. The staff was very friendly, efficient and welcoming. If I am ever in town again I will definetly chose this motel again. Thank you.

Great hotel, deposit was only $25, masks required, rooms are squeaky clean and updated and there are not very many guests due to covid. All precautions are closely taken. Even pens at the front desk get sanitized and put in two different cups, sanitized pens and used pens. The only problems I encountered was that it was not pet friendly (had to keep the cat in the car) and to get to it you must drive through the woodland inn entrance off antoine.

The lady that checked me in was so nice and easy to talk to. She made me feel so welcomed!!! This is the reason why I always stay at any Best Western Hotels....because of fantastic employees such as her. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

This was the first time at this property and I usually do not give five stars to hotels unless everything was just exceptional... The rooms are average the location was easy to get to, quiet and somewhat clean. What made this a five star is the service that I was given when my air conditioner or heater in the room didn't work they came in tried to get it working because they had upgraded me to a sweet room with my diamond elite status... They didn't have another large room so they wanted to make it right and finally it wouldn't come on so they moved me to another room also a king and everything worked just fine. The lady at the front desk went out of her way and attempted to get it to work her own self came back and checked two or three times and then finally we just made the decision to move to another room. I'm also happy to say at least they had a waffle machine out here and some to go breakfast items but I will be glad when this covid thing is over and we can go back to having a breakfast. Again I rated this five star because of the service that they gave to me in trying to resolve a situation the last BWI was at in Waco didn't do that therefore checked out and won't be back at that property ever but this one will be my normal stay from now on when I'm on this side of Houston.

I just want to give a major shout out to Brandon at the front desk. I was having a horrible night and he came to the rescue. He was so genuine, polite, very resourceful and willing to help. He went above and beyond and I am so thankful for him. His customer service skills were top tier and made me feel very welcomed. I can’t express what an awesome job Brandon did! I am eternally grateful.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. It was a last minute choice but a great one... Bertha at the front desk was extremely help throughout the check in process!

While the location isn't great, it could definitely be worse. Close to the freeways, 20 minutes from downtown. Quick check in. Room was clean, but could use an update. Comfortable bed. Spacious.

We had a very nice stay and slept comfortably with no issues at all. The bathroom were clean and room smells like a clean house room.
