Always order take out, for the longest time i thought they only had 2 delivery drivers until last week, when a younger man delivered my order, and it wasn't Paul or the older gentleman in the van. The delivery guys are very, very nice.
The food is AWESOME! You definitely get your monies worth and then some! I haven't been I'm the restaurant itself for a number of years, so I can not comment on its atmosphere. However, everyone there seems great, from when you phone in, right to delivery.

The quality of food is usually very good. The staff is good as well. Parking can be a challenge, but it is handicapped accessible. Their prices are sky high since 2021, but you can't blame them... We can only blame the people who vote for Democrats since they're the ones who have made our economy crumble on purpose & turned our once great nation into a hellscape. Try the crab rangoons 👍🏼

Ordered 2 days ago for New Years Eve pickup. Was told between 5-6pm pickup. Called at 4:45 they said come on down. Order was perfect- rice even had no onions which i knew was optimistic to request modifactions on NYE. Everything tasted fresh and they were super organized for pickups. Reading so many facebook posts today about chinese food talkng 5 hours past pickup time and wanted to recognize China Chef for doing it flawlessly!!!

I go here a couple times every month and every time it’s very good. Prices are right and the combination plates are huge. Good people at this place

Best in my area by far. I went mid day 3pm order was made in 10 minutes and was really good. I ordered the crab Rangoon, beef teriyaki, sesame chicken, chicken with broccoli and add mushrooms, white rice. Beef was tender and tasty no need to floss afterwards. Crab Rangoon was perfect crispy, and good balance of inside as it should be. I would definitely go back and order to go again.

Best chinese food we have had around here. Right up there with WayHo but China Chef poopoo was better, the peking raviolis were all meat and the scallion pancake was perfect. Was so full after that couldn't do the KungBoo Chicken but it looks and smells delicious. We got delivery and had our food in 40 minutes which is great for a Saturday night and we were about 4 miles away at 30mph. Thanks China Chef. We will be calling again.

Had the KungBoo Chicken but had to add 4oz of chicken. Lots of celery and they were generous with the peanuts. Once I added the chicken it was great. We will still call again.

Great place for your standard take-out Chinese. The quality is a bit higher than I expect from this type of restaurant, and the service is surprisingly friendly. I'm used to abrupt, sharp communication at Chinese take-out restaurants, but the person taking my order at China Chef always seems to be friendly, pleasant and more relaxed (both, the younger guy and the older guy). It's a nice change from the norm. They are open pretty late, which is convenient.

The beef teriyaki is actually tender, and the chicken fingers have chicken from end to end (rather than a huge puff of batter with a tiny piece of chicken buried in the middle). General Tso's chicken, Tangerine chicken, egg foo Yong, the curry dishes, Peking ravioli (pan fried), Crab Rangoon and boneless ribs are all very good.

The only thing I'd change (and you can probably request this)... If you order a combo with sweet and sour chicken, they cover chicken fingers with the sauce in the container. The sauce should really be in a small container on the side. I never ordered it again after that mess, but while writing this, realized they would probably separate the sauce, if asked. They are nice people.

I recommend China Chef if you're looking for Chinese take-out in Wareham or Onset.

Awesome Chinese food and very quick and friendly service. I've been coming here for I guess about 14 years now, it's the best Chinese food on the planet, they know me by name and phone number. I love it!

Great place to get Chinese. It's usually not a huge wait and the food is delicious.

Place has been a staple in the area for as long as I can remember and it still holds true. Good fresh eats and size portions and consistent time and time again!

Excellent value. Great American Chinese food. Boneless spare ribs are some of my favorite anywhere. Very generous portions.

Love this place. Best grab rangoons and beef teriyaki ever! Not a fan of the chicken wings and pork though. Awesome service! Always done so quick!

I have been getting China Chef since I was a kid when we first moved here. Never once have I gotten sick from it oh, the people are always more than nice and they have good food.

I used to drive from Falmouth to Wareham for their Chinese food now that I'm living in Mattapoisett I drive to Wareham for their Chinese food they have the best Chinese food anywhere I've ever gone the people are really really nice as well and I've never had to wait too long and have never gotten sick from their food either

Small eat in or pickup love the food fresh love you can view the kitchen that's a plus for the customer can see it's clean an can watch them cook it prices good there qick service a plus an you can change your combination plate if there's something you don't like or add to it for a small fee must try

China Chef has great food great staff but livery drivers have to live off their tips so make sure your tips I'm good if it's a $25 order at least give them my bucks $100 or over please give them at least 25 to $30 I should know I'm a delivery driver I live off my tips

I've never had a problem with them. The food is good and delivery is fast! 😋
