Beautiful boutique for this high end luxury brand. Easily accessible from parking garage or valet on street. Store has a security guard at the entrance to limit number of people in the store at any one time. I’m sure this is annoying if you have to wait but it does create an ambiance in the store of a relaxed, uncluttered shopping experience. Other reviews have mixed commentary about the staff. When I went I had interacted with two sales people and both were very professional and courteous. There was supply of the product I was looking for and I was able to walk out with a beautifully wrapped purchase. All in all the experience was what you’d expect from Hermes … very high end.

I wish there were 10 stars to give Hermes Houston. The store is always pristine and the sales associates always have a smile and are ready to help. Everyone is super knowledgeable about the brand. I think it speaks VOLUMES that many of their sales associates have been there for 10 years and longer. That speaks to the quality of management and leadership, led by Jeremy the managing director, and to each person that works there. The sales associates genuinely get along with one another and it shows. My wife is obsessed with Hermes and I personally have come to love the brand even more for the quality of people who work at this location. I don’t want to list any names for their privacy but the team always makes the shopping experience so much fun. It's actually fun for me as well and I am usually not even the one purchasing something my wife is! And on a related topic, I know everyone wants one of the special bags but good things come to those who are patient and wait. Have fun shopping with your SA in the process and one day your dream bag will come! Oh and be nice when you go in there.. even if you don't immediately get that desired item you are looking for - no one likes rude people and life is too short for that!

I visited twice this week and the service was impeccable both occasions. Was warmly welcomed as soon as I stepped inside. I remember specifically telling Naela how I have now found an environment where I feel safe to spend my money freely. Now all of my shopping begins at Hermes before proceeding to ANY other establishment.

Special thank you to Jeremy for taking me on a beautiful journey my first visit to the store. I returned on Friday like you told me and it was worth it.

I loooveeeee this store! Been a customer for many years and I have always been treated with love and respect. Patience is always needed when buying anything luxury and you will get anything you want. Hermes, Van Cleef, Rolex, Chanel etc…… They are always so patient even when some people are rude I’ve witnessed it and that’s why I buy from here. Even when traveling I always prefer to buy from my home store. All Hermes stores around the world for years have Display only for all handbags and slg’s. I thoroughly enjoy shopping here. My SA, Dallas, is simply amazing and always pulls through with some great finds. He knows me better than I know myself! Great quality bags and home goods. I recommend making an appointment during the summer months, because as some of then reviews state below it is very hot outside and typically there is no shade if a line forms. I highly recommend the Houston Store in Texas, due to it being nearly impossible to get into the Dallas store and I personally will never set foot in then Austin store again.

I ordered shoes online and had to exchange them for a bigger size. I went in and got the best customer service ever. The downside to this store is that there aren't any purses to even look at or try on.

I went here with my husband to purchase a necklace. I was planning on purchasing it online but it was no longer available. The moment we walked in, we were greeted not just one but multiple SA. It was a very pleasant experience. The lady who helped me out found the necklace and I was able to choose between a Birkin and Kelly. I decided to purchase the Birkin. It was beautiful. I will definitely return to this location.

My parents and I had a great time here and we really appreciated the help of sales associate John, who was so kind and patient with us. The store is beautiful and had a lot of items too!

Visited early November, don't think we had to wear masks. No line, walked in after doing some shopping at VCA and Jo Malone, was not greeted immediately but a male SA did ask if we needed help after some searching. We were directed upstairs to the sandals, he was not pushy at all, and we ended up with some Orans!

Great customer service they do not rush you like in Europe at times. Our sales associate was very well informed on product knowledge and assisted in finding the right bracelets that we were looking for and even exchanged them without any issues.

Middle to late aged Asian woman was very rude. She actively walked away while I was asking her questions.

We later found Michael Chang and he is excellent and professional. We ended up spending $9k with him.

Lovely as always. The a/c was not working upstairs but it was bearable. Naela was amazing!!

The staff takes the time to help you find exactly what you are looking for. They don't try to talk you into buying something off the shelf if it's not what you came for. I had a very specific colour I was looking for in a Kelly. It was from two seasons ago but the SA was able to locate one at another location and within the week I had the exact bag to replace the one that was seriously damaged during the hurricane floods. The same one that I had borrowed from my best friend only a week before the storm. I can't tell you how important it was to me to find this exact bag and the help of everyone at Hermés will not soon be forgotten.

Naela was terrific and very friendly. She exceeded our expectations and we were able to find a gift for my mother. We look forward to see her again very soon.
