Great value. Service is beyond exceptional. All stations are fully equipped with professional tools of the trade. Wait times are minimal for walk-ins, and if you call ahead they'll put you down in the waiting queue. I prefer to set up appointments. One of the main reasons I love coming here is the relaxed environment and warm, inviting decor. Even if you have to wait, you don't feel like you're waiting at an unfamiliar location, as you would at a traditional barber shop/salon. Sofas, televisions, and a complimentary drink add the extra touch.

On a side note, I really appreciate the professionalism and friendliness that each employee exudes. I've had the opportunity of speaking with the manager, and she took the time to hear some of my thoughts regarding the business. It's nice to know that they work very hard on customer satisfaction.

Has outstanding customer service and the barbers are amazing people with amazing skills. Been going for years now and still keeps its five star status. Even now has more benefits like a reward system and even better lounging areas.

Sarah was FANTASTIC! She made sure I was comfortable the whole time and helped me make good choices about my curly layers. Visiting the Valley and will definitely see her when I'm back.

Delia was great! I came for a trim and she did amazing I showed her a picture and I got what I wanted! Her hands are magic! Very nice too!

Great service and the entire staff are extremely kind and friendly. We are always greeted with a smile and offered a beverage while we wait. This is mine and my families new barber/beauty salon since we get exactly what we want out of a haircut.

I have to say I was extremely surprised with the work these individuals do. Both my eldest son’s perm and my baby boy’s haircut were the best I have ever seen, hands down. Totally recommend them.

They did my baby first haircut and he look so cute and the Barber was very patient with him when he was crying and moving around
