Always amazing food. Any chance I get, I drag my family here because we don't have one close to us in Friendswood. I wish they would open a location closer and more accessible.

Beef fajitas are a must try! The seasoning was good and not dry. We came for their lunch special Mon-Fri 11am-3pm, and it was the perfect amount of food. Chips and salsa is served when you sit down. Service was fast and attentive.

Paige, the cashier was helpful, for my takeout order today and she even had some Texas personality to help her at her new position at the newest and latest version of Monterey's Little Mexico, established in 1955. This was my first return visit here in several years since about 2013. Yes, I still remember their stuffed avocado entrée after all these years!

The food was superb! The Mexicana fish was extremely flavorful and cooked to perfection. The Mexican corn was good and the fajita in the burrito was delicious. We will definitely come back!!!

Out reminiscing in Dickinson and decided to stop in at what we called the Monterey House, back in our time! We had grilled chicken and steak tacos. We had fun.

Great place. Most of these are gone so when you see one, you stop! Food was excellent & plentiful. Queso and chips, drinks are weak but good. Brought back memories. I only wish they still put the candy in the chips basket lol

Came with a friend and my boyfriend for .99 margaritas but coming back for the food and service. The frozen and on the rocks margs were so good and worth the price. To eat I had the mixed fajita burrito with rice and beans and was surprised at how delicious everything tasted! I’m pretty picky with Mexican/ Tex mex food since I’m from Corpus Christi, TX but I am happy to say the food was so delicious! Most beans in the Houston area just don’t taste that good to me but the beans at this restaurant were soooo good. Our server Franky was excellent and welcoming. We stopped in for lunch on a Saturday in our way to Tanger outlet. We were pleasantly surprised to see kids eat free on Saturdays as we had our toddler with us. My husband and I both ordered margaritas which were served to the brim of the cups. They gave us extra bowls of chips so we never ran out. I got the chicken torta and tortilla soup. The chicken in both was very good. The vegetables tasted fresh. The manager Virgina spoke with us and our daughter to make sure we had a great meal. Everyone was so friendly. Very family friendly place. If I'm in the area I would definitely return

So glad they finally got new management at this location! Food and atmosphere are so much better!

Food was good. I have not been to Monterey‘s in a while. They shut down the location that I used to go to but very happy with everything quality food was very good. The only exception I would say is entry exit a parking lot. Is not the best

Great drinks, Great customer service and food was delicious! I enjoy my visit, sat at the bar the ambiance and service surprised me. Definitely going back! Highly recommended.

I always enjoy Little Mexico. The food is always good and the staff is always friendly. Freddie was our waiter that day, and he was awesome!
