She's been uncomfortable about going grey but they were very informative and good at their jobs. Her hair was smooth, the cut was flattering, they suggested good products, and the staff was very friendly. Covid related, everyone wore a mask, kept good distance and was very clean. Kerin is amazing, especially with curly hair. Before I started coming to Flip, I'd gotten a cut from someone who did not know how to cut curly hair and was a bit traumatized - I didn't get my hair cut for over a year after that. I never have that worry with Kerin - she listens to what I want and I always love the result. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. My hair always looks great when I leave, and for days after :)
