We were extremely impressed with the outstanding service and competitive pricing. Our technician, Skylar Barron, demonstrated exceptional knowledge and professionalism. He conducted a thorough analysis of our air conditioning system, quickly identified the issue, and repaired it efficiently. Now, the unit is running like new! Additionally, Skylar cleaned the unit, enhancing its overall efficiency. We will definitely be using his services and the company again to prevent future problems.

Excellent, quality, work and so professional. Sergio and the team were up front and honest, there was no upselling or feeling like I was being worked over, they laid out best options for installing an EV charger outlet and gave quotes for each. Will be using them in the future for any electrical needs.

José was really informative. He still came within the time frame even after a bad storm. He explained everything pretty well and gave me options. They quoted me almost $1000 less than for a service compared to another company which I thought was pretty expensive. I’ll definitely be getting my work done through this company.

Sergio Salazar Is the full package! Professional, prompt, on time, clean van, tools organized! No sugar coating or upselling. Owners take notice on the gem you have! Pay raise is definitely needed to keep him around or you might lose him to opening his own business. (Which isn’t a bad thing) but I’ll be using them again when I have any power issues and I would ask for Sergio only for how well he handled himself.

Eric was amazing. He checked every switch/outlet available and then went into the attic, where he found a roofers nail recently driven into the middle of a wire. It was tucked up between the roof rafters and how he found it, I have no idea. Once the nail was taken out, the circuit breaker reset and everything was back to normal. Eric was determined defined the cause of the issue and he did. Great experience, would not hesitate to hire A1 plus again for any electrical issues.

Act Septic services explained thoroughly about the septic system. Erik tested chlorine and bacterial levels from system and clean tank had sludge and excess water when it shouldn’t have. He was very patient with all the questions and KNEW WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT. VERY PLEASED THAT WE CHANGED COMPANIES.

Jose was super professional and very thorough in both the work performed and the explanations given for what still needed doing. We had full confidence in his advice and ability to complete the work from the get go. After the repair and service to our AC, he helped us come up with a plan (complete with quotes) on how to continue with repairs and updates to our aging HVAC system going forward without trying to sell us a bunch of extraneous nonsense.

We will absolutely be using A1 again in the near future!

I originally gave a 1 star because of bad customer service and the company not following up. A1 Plus Electrical immediately reached out to me to find out what was going on and completely took ownership of dropping the ball.

They ended up going the extra mile by not only bettering their original quote but took care of it as soon as a spot opened on the schedule.

Once installed, their company followed up within an hour to make sure I was completely happy and satisfied with their work and addressing of the issue.

I must say this has helped their reputation with me to a point that I feel comfortable to recommend them. Every company should be allowed to take care of any issues. If it becomes an ongoing issue then that is where the problem is, but with A1 Plus Electrical addressing my concerns and issues immediately has definitely put them back in good standing with me.

I received excellent customer service when I called and my technician was honest and helpful about everything. He came in a timely manner and the work was great. Neil Vargas came out and was very informative. He was very friendly and gave the best information. Upon looking at the electrical issues, he immediately sent me a quote, which I great appreciated. I would highly recommend this company. I am going to use them in my further real estate ventures. I am a local real estate agent and could always use a good electrician.

A1 is our primary electric service company from this day forward. We experienced the underground cable from the street to our meter go bad. A1 sent the best estimator/electrician I have ever dealt with. Ricardo not only knew his trade but walked us through the process and responded to our questions well after work ours and on a Saturday. We had 3 estimates and went with A1 due to our experience with Ricardo. The underground cable was replaced and the house panel was replaced/relocated and upgraded with a interlock for my generator. The crew showed up on Monday morning, right on time, and we had power back that night. Really the best experience we could have hoped for.
