I always low the deals at JCP. Black friday deals were running all week long, so I was able to get several sweaters and long sleeve tees for my husband. Most were only $7- $9 and the original price was $40-$50. I also got a lot of jewelry that is gold plated for only $7-$12 each piece. Sales here are just so good. And not just for black friday.. they often have sales throughout the year and awesome coupons.

Everyone looked so unhappy other then the one associate named Alexis Shepherd. Even though she didn’t speak a whole lot of Spanish she still managed to help me find what I needed with a positive attitude. The areas she was in was also very neat and tidy, much neater then the rest of the store. This girl deserves a thumbs up!! Keep it up , love this store

I went in with my hair DRY , TIPS WAY OUT OF THERE , HAIR ROUGH , DANDRUFF 😬😬... and she did the Tea tree treatment, colored my hair, cut and styled my hair and I am BEYOND happy ! I have got PLENTY of compliments and everyone loves the job she did. She helped boost my confidence not only in me but for my hair . I was already ready to chop it all off thinking I had no hope and my god it feels and looks so healthy and amazing 😍 thank you Vanessa and her coworkers amazing customer service made me feel so welcomed. I was there on Sunday and it was packed from people making their Xmas shopping. The store was a little messy but is understandable being that we are in full holiday season. Went back on Monday and every department in the store was neat and organized, I went to return some items bought online and didn't had any problem at all. The retun went very smooth and the employee was very friendly and knowledgeable of his job. Very good service provided.

I went to go take photos there, and they came out great!!! It was a great price. I would recommend only getting them done if you have a coupon, because it can get quite expensive.
