I have used these Griffith Plumbing Service several times and have been very happy with there work.The first time I had them out for a pipe that burst in my slab. Griffith Plumbing Service had someone here in an hour and the work done in 4 hours. They were very price competitive and the 2 guys they sent out were very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anybody.

We have used Griffith Plumbing Service multiple times in the past, and they have always done an excellent job. Yesterday our water heater died on us and, once again, it was them to the rescue. Jack was professional and courteous. He took the time to explain what needed to be done to clear the sludge and backup. He got the job done and cleaned up the area of the drain. I had to replace a water heater so I went on google and found Griffith Plumbing Service. I called Griffith Plumbing Service on a Monday afternoon and someone arrived at my house within 10 minutes for a free estimate. I decided to let them replace my water heater. Their price was average, and they explained the charges and no hidden fees. They were done within a few hours. Their work was efficient. Got a brand new Professional water heater installed same day call within an hour or 2. Great & fast service!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Griffith Plumbing Service. Chris arrived this morning promptly and had my issue fixed in a matter of minutes. Recognizing that I had a larger issue than originally reported, he rebuilt the internal toilet mechanism and restored me to better than before. He also went above and beyond to adjust the water pressure that was coming to the house to prevent further or future damage.

The plumber is great. He has handled a few things for us at our house and my mother-in-law's house. He is super-timely, and efficient, and gets things done. Just today he juggled his schedule to fix a shower that had blown a seal and was leaking into our basement, in time for a guest that would need to use that shower. He is extremely responsive and a problem-solver.

Griffith Plumbing Service technician did an excellent job helping us deal with a difficult kitchen drainage clog. He was very professional and knowledgeable.He was done at the expected time and his charges were very fair.It was a great experience all around.I was very impressed with his work and would definitely recommend them.

Had a leak at the washing machine faucet. Simple to fix, just tightening the nut at the stem. Called Griffith Plumbing Service and plumber came the next day. I liked that they did not recommend to do more like replacing the whole faucet, which would have been a lot more expensive.

These guys were on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and equally fixed at the quoted price. I will not hesitate to call them again with any future plumbing needs. The plumbers were great, experienced and did a great job. 5*****!!

I had several problems with my old toilets. My house was built in 1970, so you can imagine the problems. The technicians that came were very professional. Replaced both toilets quickly, placed covering on floors where needed, cleaned up, explained everything, they also were here at the time scheduled. I couldn't have ask for an easier day.

Chris is very reliable.He arrived on time, got right to work, figured out the problem we were having very quickly and had it fixed very quickly.He also cleaned up after he was done.His charges were very fair and I was very impressed. I would definitely recommend him.

Called company to have a simple pipe repair, was booked in for the same day service, technician never showed up, called the next day all of a sudden tech that was suppose to come out to fix the plumbing had covid, or so the story was told. Had them reschedule for the next week. Next week came, no call from Griffith or Professional Home Service on the status of the technician. Was told they were going to call back, I had to call back several hours later and Professional Home Services stated will have to wait for the technician to call back. Very poor communication with the service/company and didn't back up their appointment times. Would be very wary on using this company since I used a brand new CC on this transaction that has never been used before and the day after I get notifications from AMEX that there was fraudulent activity on my brand new card. I would 0 stars if I could.

Called and spoke with Phil about a propane fire pit problem. Said he had a technician that could come help me out later that day. Enrolled me in a "Premium Home Service" program that was cheaper than the a-la-carte diagnostic fee and save me 10%. I was expecting to write a 6 star review on that part of the experience... then I got the phone call about an hour after I was told to expect the call. It was a representative from the "Premium Home Service" program telling me that the technician was done for the day and that I would have to reschedule for next week. I had to cancel the appointment and when I called to cancel the "PHS" program, I was told that I would only be billed for the one year. When I told them I was cancelling completely (per the 7 day money back guarantee), I was told that it was cancelled. But... the email confirmation I got looks like they may have submitted another charge rather than refund the previous charge. If that's the case, I'll add to this post. For now I've contacted my credit card company and alerted them to the potential fraud. Hopefully the "PHS" people will cancel the transaction correctly, and then it will "just" be a disappointing experience. Buyer beware...

I called to get an estimate for a job. Spoke to the individual and told him I would be happy to send pictures to get an estimate. He stated they would only give an estimate if someone came to the house and that was $149 just to get an estimate! I said no thank you I’m not paying for an estimate because I need to figure total cost… and that’s when they guy hung up on me. Didn’t get to finish the sentence that I didn’t know if I would do the project depending on total cost. Seriously unprofessional.

I have to say the customer experience is terrible. The technician was working OK, even though he did fix the problem, but the manager is really unprofessional.He just cares about the $120 advanced fee, not care whether his guy can really fix the problem. And in the middle of the work, he requested us to make the payment, or else, his guy will stop working. Ridiculous...We paid $120 for nothing...NOTHING FIXED....

I called to schedule appointment. Appointment was scheduled. I called after they were late. They said they were coming. I called again and again. Still, they were just running behind. Then I talked to a guy who I could not understand because he was either drunk or high as a kite. He said they were still coming. Mind you, this was like 5:30 in the afternoon. It’s almost 7. Still no one here. The appointment was 1-4 this afternoon. I’m guessing they aren’t coming. Thanks for following up
