I like this Palace Inn! Provides customers the utmost privacy needed. I'm a loud moaner. Rooms are neat and clean, especially the floor, doesn't dirty up my knees.

Great stay. Clean rooms recently remodeled. Nice housekeeping.

Stayed here for a period of time due to my complex having issues. They made it so nice honestly with just a few minor issues.
The house keeps are super friendly.
Grounds are kept SUPER clean, from walkways to rails. Their attention to detail is lovely.
Located next door to a Walmart and not far from some amazing bites and attractions.
My only true issue is the traffic. The hotel is located off highway and it can get pretty noisy at times.
The guests they rent out to are a great bunch even though it’s at random. The establishment is extremely safe for single women and those with children.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wether it’s for quick, short or long.

Great value for the money, clean and modern inside. Walk in shower, flat screen with satellite. Memory foam mattress that just swallows you up and puts you right to sleep. Not a lot of pillows in the room though, was too tired to ask for more.

So clean and obviously freshened up. The shower and toilet are separate, which is a delightful surprise. The staffer that I saw seems like she's constantly cleaning ... and it shows! The affordability and quality can't be beat!

Needless to say I did not stay here I was there getting ready with a friend of mine for a function. I had taken a black diamond ring off and accidentally left it in the room. I called an hour after we checked out explained the situation and within an hour the manager had called me and notified me that my ring was there and I could go and pick it up.

Now that to me speaks absolute volumes about the honesty and integrity of this establishment. I was extremely happy to get my ring back and if I needed to stay there I would not hesitate in booking a room.

To the manager and the house cleaning staff thank you so much that ring had very sentimental value and I was so happy to get it back.

I live this place. It smells like nothing like no one has ever laid in the bed. Believe me that's a good thing. And the decor is exceptional. I was wowed when I walked in. I am very much into decorating and such. The shower was my favorite spot.

Very clean, and the staff is helpful! Better quality of rooms than many “luxury” hotel chains.

As nice as any motel I've stayed at... in fact I have seen at least one 4 star hotel that does not have rooms this nice and well maintained. Also not too close to busy areas. Rooms are minimalist with simple, strong furniture that works perfectly. Decent parking too, no long walk, plus protected by a wall with cameras so very little chance of someone messing with your car.

Stayed here for a weekend with my man. Rooms were spotless grounds were quiet and very kept up with. 24 hours a day there's someone in the lobby. No one messes with you around here, and no shady people in parking lot. Really good place to stay if you aren't looking to break the bank or end up at some crappy hotel in westchase district.

Gets busy on Friday and Saturday but other than that always available. Nice clean updated rooms with mini fridge and microwave. Walk in shower and the best part about it.... the toothbrushes come with paste in the bristles !!!

Very modern and clean. Manager was extremely nice when I checked in. Room had a fridge and microwave. Surprised to see such a nice shower. If I had to complain, the wifi isn't great, but nothing horrible.

Loved this hotel ! Was the perfect place to feel safe and clean ! The staff was very helpful . And the cleaning team is on point ! Will use again

Great experience. Easy check in. Great location. Near lots of Houston delights. Bed a little hard but the room was beautiful and clean. Very courteous staff.

The heater is a bit deceiving ... "Heat" has to light up, or it won't. Everything else was excellent ... (oh, except important DirectTV channels were missing).

One of the cleanest inns i've been to. They give you toothbrush, soap and clean towels. Bath and toilet are very tidy
