My purchase of affordable furniture and a mattress at Ivan Smith furniture was very positive from Tina, my friendly, knowledgeable and attentive sales staff to Rachel, my finance clerk. This store has a wide variety of furniture styles as well as a good choice of mattresses. I won’t hesitate to shop here again.

Every detail about our experience was a good experience. The salesmanship the knowledge, the checkout to pickup.. there was a mix up with our furniture. We received the wrong piece. Had to take it back and pick up the correct one, but the customer service was top notch plus it was way after closing time.

We are so happy with the quality and the price of our new TV console. We needed something a bit smaller and this is perfect. We also appreciate the friendly support and assistance from everyone at the store location. This will be our first stop anytime we need something for the house

Cesar and Chance were amazing! Delivered the my furniture early, which is great for me! And they took their time to ensure it was damaged coming through the doors! Thanks guys!

Walked into the store in Athens, TX looking for a new kitchen table and chairs. We found one that was perfect for our family. I thought we would have to wait for months before we could have it shipped to us. The good news is, we only had to wait for one week. I'm a very happy customer:)

Came in looking and found what we wanted and needed. The staff, especially Tina was very helpful. We made our purchase and was set up for delivery. The two young men that delivered the merchandise did a fantastic job. They came in and set up the three items. Cleaned up the wrappings and were completed. Overall it was a great experience. Would highly recommend Ivan Smith Furniture to all.

Rachel at the Athens, TX location was fabulous. She was able to find a dresser for me and have it shipped to a nearby Ivan Smith location so I could pick it up within days. This meant a lot to me because I originally bought this same dresser at Nebraska Furniture Mart & they told me it would take 2 months to receive!!! So I decided to give Ivan Smith a try to receive it sooner. After talking with Rachel she was able to find my exact dresser I needed & had it available within days!! I am very impressed with the customer service I received.

I found a sofa I liked at a price I could afford. The sales staff were friendly and efficient. It was delivered within days. The delivery people were very quick and courteous. I will shop there again.

Had a mechanical problem with the recliner when we got it home, but they quickly sent out a very nice repair tech who fixed it for us. Sales associate, customer service and technician were all great!

This is a great store. They are so helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture. The delivery after purchase was timely. No waiting for weeks or months! We had a small issue with a chair and they came right out and adjusted it. We really appreciate the people who sell, manage, and deliver. Five stars all the way through the process!

I called ahead for information and hours of operation and was advised there was a great sale on at the Athens location. I was short on time and when I arrived Tina and the whole staff were great and already made a note of my call and what I was looking for. Tina knew exactly what to recommend for my needs and fixed me right up. They delivered on time and the furniture arrived in perfect condition. I have a handicap relative that needed special furniture quickly and they took care of me ASAP. They have won my business the next time I need something.
