Took my puppy for her first ever vet visit last week and she was so well taken care of! The staff were incredible and helped ease my anxiety regarding all the concerns I brought to them. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and gave us great tips as first time dog owners. Such a great impression, I can't wait to bring my Penelope back!

They take such good care of my girl! They offer pet insurance that you pay each month and pretty much everything is included with that. Every time I go to the vet it doesn't cost me anything except for like when she gets her nails clipped then you pay extra for that but everything else is included

Every time I have to take my dog Moira there, I'm always pleased how they treat her and how informative they are about what's going on with my dog. They explain things in a way I can easily understand & they address my every concern.

Took her to the vet for her puppy vaccines and such. I was treated with nothing but respect and courtesy from the staff and will continue bringing her back for her veterinary needs for as long as possible!

Really caring and professional staff here that send the love to the animals. I appreciate that, and like the wellness program they offer here. Very clean facility and never smells like animals were in there. Highly trust them with my baby! 😺

The workers are so great. I worked here for a few months, a few years ago, and I still come here to get my pets care. I now live far away and still drive out to come to this banfield. I’ll probably start going to the banfield closest to me soon but I just love all the staff and how happy my dogs are to go to the vet.

Staff are wonderful here! I have 2 cats and 1 has difficulty visiting. They are so understanding and compassionate with my animals and always answer all the questions I may have. I never feel rushed out of the room and feel like everyone genuinely cares about my animals.

They really treated my new baby daughter like she was a princess. Glad I went to them and have future appointments. But watch out for that GPS direction. When they say turn 400 feet you have pass the entrance

It’s not just the fact that we get smiles and service when we walk in. It’s not just the fact that all the techs know my little guy by name and always give him pets. It’s not just the fact that they have a 24 hour chat to help when our little guy wasn’t feeling good at 11pm. It’s also the fact that we get a call the next day asking how he is without having to ask. 10/10 me and my little guy love this place

I have never been to this facility. I called them on a limb today because my vet was closed, I didn’t know what to do and I had an emergency question regarding an overdose of insulin to my diabetic dog. The woman who answered the phone (I wish I could remember her name) listened to the situation, went and asked 2 different doctors and came back to me within a minute or 2 and told me to call the ER immediately. She said she spoke to both of the doctors and they both said the same thing.

This. Is how companies should run their business. Patient care over everything else. I was honestly expecting them to tell me I needed to bring my dog in to be seen before they could offer advice over the phone. NOPE. I brought my dog to the ER and she is staying the night. I am praying she will be ok but I am truly floored by the customer service and patient care my pup received today. Thank you for being so kind <3

Lady at the front desk was very nice. I made a sick appointment for my cat (she was very sick coughing badly and not acting herself.) They prescribed antibiotics and made a follow up appointment. it has been less than a week since my visit and my baby is feeling better already!

They've taken care of our pets, dogs and cats for years. Always a warm welcoming place. Our pup Annie was put to sleep there and the care and love was really heartwarming. Thank you Banfield. Annie, Pickles and our oldest dearest pup Red would thank you for your care

I've been a Banfield customer since adopting my dog in September 2017. Initially I went to the Newton, MA location and although I loved it there, I needed to switch locations when I moved. At first my impression was that the North Attleboro location was too busy- the first time I called there wasn't a convenient appointment time available. BUT. Since that first call I've had nothing but wonderful service.

Yesterday I brought my dog, Amelia, in for a dental cleaning. She is a strong 60lb pit mix with an attitude. She's loving and affectionate, but can be overly excitable with some people and most dogs. With daily training and several training classes she's made huge progress but still struggles to control herself when she sees other dogs. Needless to say, she's a bit of a handful. To prepare her for her appointment I wanted to discuss medication options.

I know they're all busy but each person I talked to took the time to listen to my concerns and double check everything. I felt so confident leaving my baby, in their hands. I felt at ease knowing Megan had triple checked the meds and understood Amelia's reactivity. I felt validated and appreciated when Megan explained she would keep a careful eye on her and ensure she was as minimally stressed as possible. She took extra time, attention, and care to ensure the best possible experience for both Amelia and myself. I can't thank her enough!

Aliah and Lisa were also rockstars- Lisa double checked things with the doctor and made sure Megan knew I had arrived so Amelia could be promptly checked in. Aliah initially helped me secure medicine to help sedate Amelia before her appointment and then called several times to let me know she had confirmed everything with Dr. Praveen and that all the medicines were safe to take together (her Prozac, the sedative, and the anti-nausea). Megan then checked in to confirm my appointment and noticed that I could probably have a higher dose of the sedative. She checked with the doctor and we did a trial run of the med the night before. I'm glad we did because the dose was not enough. Megan worked with the vet to adjust the dose and then allowed me to pick it up without any extra charge.

Alicia was Amelia's anesthetist for her dental cleaning and told me that when she needed to work with Amelia she would cover the neighboring crate with a blanket or ask another tech to take the dog in the next crate to another room so that Amelia wouldn't feel the need to react to the dog. Knowing Alicia took extra time and precautions to ensure Amelia's visit was as stress-free as possible puts my heart at ease.

It's not easy being the parent of a reactive dog, but having a team like the one at Banfield North Attleboro makes my life so much easier and Amelia's so much less stressful.

I received a call this morning from Aliah to check on Amelia and she was attentive when I explained that she was still feeling a little groggy. Aliah showed concern and let me know that I could bring her in if I felt it was needed. I'm thrilled with the service I've received at this Banfield location but most of all, I'm so thankful that I feel my baby is so safe and so loved with the staff.

THANK YOU MEGAN, ALIAH, LISA, ALICIA, AND DR. PRAVEEN (and any others who helped behind the scenes)! I appreciate you!

The whole staff there is amazing. The front desk, the assistance ,the Dr's all are really caring and treat both me and all my fur baby's like family. Even if i'm going threw something with one of my fur baby's and I have to go to another office for a procedure or anything that they do not do there in there office someone from there staff always calls to check in on how things are going. When my cat passed away I did not just get a generic card I received a personal card and that meant the world to me. Even now they are helping me search for a new kitten when they don't have to.

So to me I love this place and Love the staff keep up the great work caring for everyone's fur babys

We have a 4 year old Australian Shepherd that has been under Banfield's care since birth. The vets & staff are always on top of things, caring and make great recommendations. The dog is well cared for and the wellness program is reasonably priced and covers a wide range of things.
