I've been with this agent for 5 years and I've had nothing but great service. Claire is amazing! No matter what questions I have, she ALWAYS gets me the answers I need. I was very iffy one time about the service, due to other employees telling me they would call me back and never hearing from them again until I call a week later. But Claire is the reason I stay. Even if she doesn't have the answer right away she tells me she will call me back and faithfully always does!
