From a negative came a positive as the saying goes. I was recently referred to D&E Auto Body for unexpected repair work my car needed. Dave was so helpful from beginning to start. He helped to make an unpleasant situation much better. Could not have been treated better and the repair work done was of high quality & done in a very timely manner. Highly recommend!

Don’t pay him in full until the job is completed or it won’t be completed.
I went to him to have my tailgate replaced on my GMC. He got one from the junkyard that was the same color but had Chevy decals. He stripped the decals and told me he had painted it, although I strongly disagree. The new GMC decals he ordered weren’t the same, and for $1,100 cash, I wanted the right decals. He said he’d call me when they came in. Should only be a week or 2. It’s been 3yrs.
He also told me he’d have to replace the lock cylinder when the new decals came in as he was unable to do so until the “fresh paint” had time to cure.
I still cannot lock my tailgate.

hold onto your wallets my friends. he does fair work but when he gives you a price and then changes it over another third to pick up is wrong oh and by the way insists on cash only no checks. not a very good business man that told me one thing and increased the price over a third of his quotes. good luck
