Joel is the realtor you want to help you sell your home. He is clear, concise, direct, and fair, while still caring about what’s important to you. His extensive real-world experience with a variety of situations was evident throughout the process. When I felt anxious, he was grounded. When I was unsure, he confidently guided us. He communicated the what and why of every decision clearly, and he was also open to my thoughts, making adjustments based on our input. He works well with other realtors and, most importantly, gets the job done. Our house had four offers two days after the open house and sold in about three weeks from listing to close - and we got over our asking price. This is especially impressive considering homes in our neighborhood typically average 101 days on the market and most have to reduce price considerably. Amazing job, Joel!
