St. Andrew’s Clinic has the best doctor and staff. Dr. Escobedo is a compassionate, caring doctor that takes the time to really listen to her patients and does everything in her power to give them the best patient care possible. I’m always seen at my appointment time and the staff is always very friendly and professional. I recommend this clinic to everyone who is looking for a good experience all around!

I was recommended to Dr. Escobedo by a friend that is a patient. I’ve had issues with pain and swelling of my joints for a couple of years and previous doctors misdiagnosed me. Dr. Escobedo reviewed my records, ran several tests didn’t give up until she found the issue. Now I’m on the correct medication and pain free.

Saw Robert Gutierrez very rude man doesn’t let you explain will cut you off in the middle of a sentence and prescribed something I told him wasn’t working for me. Wait times are long visits are like 5 minutes long. Have only seen the actual dr there once in all my visits. DO NOT RECOMMEND

If your not sick the doctor is great. I tried to set up an appointment for a sick visit and was told they don't take anyone with symptoms, all I have is a sore throat and my tonsils are severely swollen, and they just told me to go to urgent care. Time to find a new Dr I guess.

Doctor is really nice and staff acts nice too but staff is Incompetent and they get defensive if you call them out on the errors specially Yareli she yelled at me because I called her out on her lies. she doesn’t do her job. I have heart issues and she starts yelling at me making me upset, I have been having chest pains and I called last week to let them know Geniva too says she calls to get my cardiologist medical Records and nothing has been done for over 6 months. I have asked Yareli to have the doctor call me back hopefully the doctor doesn’t tolerate this behavior, I have been very patient. Yareli said my old cardiologist can’t find me on record funny I call them and they have me on record so she is obviously not saying the truth or simply not doing her job. she shouldn’t be the voice or face of this office. Rude! Shameful I actually like the doctor but I may have to change my doctor to get to see a cardiologist.

Appt at 845 Dr did not get to clinic till 910! Now I wait for the MA to call n sit another hour here!!! I’m the only one in the clinic no one else here in lobby ughhhh

Worst primary doctor I’ve had in my life!! Had us wait 2 hours+ for our appointment on the phone because they will not see sick patients at the office. A doctor that doesn’t see sick patients Is crazy?? After waiting from 3pm-5:15pm gets on the line and tell us to call in the morning to reschedule!!!! I wish I could give zero stars!

Got misdiagnosed with hypothyroidism, doctor didn’t want to do further studies, went to a different doctor and she didn’t several test and turns out nothing was wrong with me my thyroid. This clinic and doctor makes you wait for a long time and your visits are short. To top it off, the receptionist lady is RUDE.

Do not waste your time coming here!! This place is a sorry excuse of "Healthcare Service". I called to make an appointment to be seen in person by a doctor because i lost most of my voice and had head congestion with NO OTHER symptoms that could be related to Covid or something more serious(no fever, no chills, no body aches or anything like that). I was told they could not see me in person because they didn't want to put themselves at risk of getting sick. ARE YOU SERIOUS????? What type of trained medical "professionals" who should know about sanitation and PPE medical protections you got there?
Imagine calling the Police because there is a burglar in your home and they tell you they cant go because they might get hurt while trying to apprehend the subject? Or a firefighter that tells you to schedule a video conference about your Burning house because they can't go in there and risk getting burned? If you run a medical facility, then you know the risk and you should be prepared appropriately to deal with it and not turn patients away because you fear you could get the same thing you are trained to "cure" or treat. Its simply put Pathetic.
