Gorgeous Dorchester salon on Neponset Ave. Very clean and well decorated. Talented stylists and estheticians. I am a natural red head and finding someone to match my hair color when some grays were popping through was near impossible until I met Christine at Lola. Her color match was perfect. I get so many complements on my hair. I have also received an amazing hydra facial from Braeden which was amazing. If you’re looking for a full service salon in Dorchester, look no further.

I cannot recommend Emily at Lola Beauty enough! I have now seen her for a keratin treatment, color, cut and style. She is not only a pleasure to be with but she is a true artist. I have curly hair and have had hair trauma so I am very picky about my stylist! She spends time with me each appointment for a consultation where we collaborate on what I'm looking for making sure we are on the same page. Emily will make suggestions when necessary or ask pertinent questions when I show her a photo so that I understand the underlying technique and make sure it is actually what I want. You can tell she is well trained and well educated in her craft and she is always keeping up with current trends and techniques. She is a true gem and I highly recommend anyone using her! You will be very impressed!

I came here for a brow wax & tint and saw Shannon and she was wonderful! My eyebrows looked fantastic and she was really nice and made me feel comfortable. I recently had to call to make an appointment and was having problems with my phone. After trying to call several times, front desk texted me to see what I needed, which I felt was above and beyond for service. Reception didn’t need to do that, but I very much appreciated it and was able to book with Shannon again. A really lovely place with lovely staff!

I’ve been seeing Brae for my hydrafacial for almost a year now and she is always amazing. We recently moved out of state and I still make the drive down to see her - she is just that good. All of the staff are always so kind and helpful and the spa/salon itself is always clean and well kept. 10/10 recommend!

Nicki is THE BEST! She is attentive, friendly and great at what she does behind the chair. She doesn't pressure you into anything but will give you ideas and suggestions if you are asking for her thoughts to do something new/fun!

Been going to Lola since I moved to the neighborhood in 2019. I regularly get waxes and haircuts. Nicki is the best! She listens to what you want and is so friendly and personable during the whole experience.

After living in the neighborhood for a few years, I had my first appointment at Lola today and I wish I'd started going years ago! As someone who used to get their hair cut maybe twice a year, I think it's telling that I walked in to my house and immediately booked another appointment for December. First of all, they were understanding when I accidentally booked two appointments thinking I was rescheduling the first (thank you and I'm sorry again for the mix up!). Secondly, Christine was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and talented. I LOVE my new cut and appreciated that she checked in with me as she was cutting to be sure I was okay with the length. Finally, it's so convenient that there's an option to book online! I'm very happy I chose to make an appointment at Lola and look forward to going back.

Love Lola - I saw two different hairdressers here over the last few years and both were fabulous. My current hairdresser Madellin always does a gorgeous job with my hair -- cut and color. She knows my preferences and texture so well and she is always is so responsive. Love her!

I had a wonderful experience with Amanda Keefe who did my spray tan! The color turned out perfect and she walked me through the whole process. From mixing my color to the after care instructions. I will certainly be returning!

I have been going to Lola for four years and have been happy everytime I walked out of there! I have gone from blonde to brown multiple times and Christine always gets my color just right! She is a GREAt stylist and it seems like the other stylists are great at what they do as well. I have also gotten my eyebrows waxed multiple times by Shannon and she does a GREAT job!

I had been coloring my hair blond for years and was always complaining about the maintenance. Emily listened and suggested foils for softer roots and easier maintenance! Thank you Emily! It looks amazing too.

I've been going to Lola since this summer. The entire feel of the shop is calm, clean, and warm. Everyone who works there is extremely professional and kind. I've had the pleasure of getting my hair cut by Madellin. When I first meet her, I was growing my hair out and she helped me through the awkward phases. Just yesterday, I went in to chop it all off again and she did an incredible job. Would definitely recommend to others!

I've been going to Lola for spray tans for a couple of years now and more recently I've been getting facials, dermaplaning, eyebrow lamination + tint, & lash lift + tints. No matter the service the experience has always been top notch. The salon is clean, the employees are professional, and I always leave so happy. Need to give a special shout out to my girls Amanda, Braeden, and Shannon you all rock and keep me looking fab!
