Patient-First Dental Care

This is my first time at this practice and Dr. Fletcher is awesome. I have already made my next appointment! I have never done well at the dentist. I get really anxious usually, but Dr. F and his team made me feel well taken care of. My dental hygienist was excellent. She was thorough and quick. Dr. F is very friendly and he takes his time with you to get to know you. I can just tell that he is a smart and experienced doctor. I loved the ladies in the front ofice. They were accommodating and so sweet. I found my new dentist office! Thanks Dr. Fletcher!

Loved Dr. Fletcher and his staff! Definitely the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I had a terrible experience at Mint dentistry and needed a second opinion. They were very responsive and personable, immediately made me feel like family. He was very detailed and took the time to explain and eased my mind. Staff reviewed my insurance and would explain my benefits before performing anything! Never going anywhere else again. So happy to have found my family dentist!

Of all the dentists that I've been to, Dr. Fletcher is by far the best! In my experience, Dr. Fletcher and his team are responsive and empathetic to the needs of the patients. He ensures that his patients are taken care of. If you have any issues, they are quick to get you in for an appointment. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with him!

The best dentist I’ve ever had! I made a mistake with my employer insurance so I can no longer go here until I renew it at the end of the year. Even though I had no coverage I paid out of pocket to have Dr Fletcher complete a filing for me. Painless, amazing staff, in and out, and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be back in 2024!! Except cleanings no one is touching my teeth until then.

My experience with the staff of Patient-First Dental Care has been nothing short of amazing so far. From my first phone call to the booking process to answering questions about my upcoming extractions, they were so kind and patient. They also helped me get on the best dental plan for me and my family. Dr. Fletcher has a wonderful bedside manner, and I know I am in good hands. I am so happy I found this office!

I’ve been going here for about 8 or so years! HIGHLY recommend all the staff including the front desk staff, Shyra, as she greets you with a warm welcoming smile and makes you feel at home, to Paige, the BEST dental hygienist always making my teeth super clean and making my hour long appointment comfortable, pleasant and personable! Dr. Fletcher takes the extra time with you to explain and educate everything! I made the mistake going somewhere else and I ran back here as quick as possible!! 12/10!!

My wife and I were looking for a different dentist and decided to give this place a try. So far we are both very pleased with the entire staff that we had interaction with, very professional and pleasant to be around.
Both my wife and I feel that Paige the dental hygienist has to be the most gental hygienist who has ever cleaned our teeth.
Dr. Fletcher seemed very knowledgeable and on his game.
Based on our first visit we would definitely recommend this practice and will be going back ourselves.

Amazing dentist and staff. I have had an extraordinary fear of having any teeth extracted let alone my wisdom teeth. Unfortunately I developed a sudden issue with my wisdom teeth that I requires they be extracted after neglecting to do so for several years. I found Patient First Dental care after a referral I was given was booked for several weeks in advance and I am so happy I went in to see them. Dr. Gayle is knowledgeable, friendly, funny and very competent at his profession. He removed one of the two problematic wisdom teeth and he did a great job. It was painless, quick and comfortable. I will return for here for my other dental needs and will certainly refer him to friends and family. Staff is very friendly as well, personable and calming. Definitely check them out for your dental needs, they are awesome! Thanks!!

Dr Fletcher and staff is amazing!!! I had a bad experience with a previous dentist, and it took me over 2 years to go back to the dentist and I am so thankful for Dr. Fletcher and staff! They are so kind and patient!! I was very nervous from previous experience and they were so understanding and gentle. I feel absolutely relieved to have found a dentist for my whole family! They are great with pediatric dentistry as well! My daughter is 5 and is braver then I am! She loves the whole staff and is excited to go see them!!

Love the overall experience as far as the dentist goes. Very welcoming, judgment free staff. As someone that has let their dental health decline over the past few years, and was embarrassed to even seen. The team at Patient First really put my mind at ease!

It was an overall pleasant experience. Dr Fletcher has a good sense of humor and which I like. His employees are all super courteous and have a smile on their face which makes the experience a good one since going to the dentist can be stressful for some. I had a root canal with them and I’ve had zero pain from the procedure. I’m not sure if that’s normal since I’ve never had one before. I’m not very experienced with dental work so it would be nice if the steps were being explained as they were doing them rather than me being in the dark about what’s happening but that can be remedied by asking questions. I’ll definitely be going back for future work. Highly satisfied.

Very pleased with this establishment on my first visit. I had an unsatisfactory experience at another office and reached out to Patient First Dental and all I can say is what a difference! Entire staff is extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and very good at communicating with their patients! Great experience with Patient First Dental Care. Check in was a breeze and spent less than five minutes waiting before I was brought back to the exam room. The room was exceptionally clean and staff was friendly and courteous. Dr Samantha, Amanda, and Paige made sure I was comfortable and made sure I understood everything they had to do for the day to ease my tension. I had an excellent experience and am looking forward to my next visit.

Had a more than great experience here. They actually do care about each patient, to be sure the patient is fully ready to go through surgery. The front receptionist staff is super friendly and well accommodated, and always have a cheerful demeanor with a smile. Couldn't say more about their professional and great staff they have there. Will definitely be back to complete my surgery and future check ups

Dr. Fletcher is my favorite dentist of all time. You can really tell that him and his staff put you at the center of your patient care. They make sure you know every little detail about your case and explain it through the x-rays on your own personal monitor.

Also, they have an excellent cash plan for those without dental insurance to make sure you are getting the preventative care and discounts on minor and major procedures that you need.

Like many others I was afraid of visiting the dentist, now I don’t mind at all. I know that Dr. Fletcher is going to help me make the best decisions for my teeth.
