The staff is awesome! I have some tracking questions regarding an order I placed two weeks ago, to which I lost the original receipt. With the limited information I was able to provide to the staff, she managed to locate my order. I am sure she had to go though tons of transactions. Really appreciate her spirit of digging-to-the-bottom!

Went to Wrentham outlet store and was greeted in a professional and friendly manner. Lisa was just simply awesome. She helped me out by ordering 4 pair of shoes since my size was not in stock. Highly recommend her!

Clarks shoes are surprisingly comfortable. I visited this store at the Wrentham Outlets and found plenty of inventory and shoes to try. They seem to always have a special buy two get one at half off that kind of thing then the people there are Pleasant and easy to work with. Definitely try Clark shoes for comfort.

What's great deals, the customer service is fantastic. The only thing is that it's tough to find your size in what you are looking for. I guess you just need to get lucky. But I love Clark's!!!

Love Clark's shoes. Most of their shoes I tried on are very comfortable. Last trip to this store found a great pair of ankle boots for a great price. Stuff is very friendly.
