My experience at DZR was outstanding! Reasonable labor per hour rate too. The manager, Fernando, was very accommodating and kept me updated as my repair progressed. The Service writer, Zack, is the most "dialed in" and connected service writer I know. He takes the time to call around to many parts location to get you the least expensive part. The mechanic, Adrian, is possibly one of the best truck mechanics and truck electrician I've ever met. He is very methodical and intuitive in isolating truck electrical issues. My issue turned out to be an MCM problem once detected. My other repair was a fractured radiator and a moderately damaged Charge Air Cooler from a previous deer strike. That repair was completed in a days time. DZR actually isolates and diagnoses issues, rather than assuming and getting it wrong. I will come here again for my truck repair should I be in El Paso or Odessa. In addition, everyone here is friendly and accommodating. Thanks guys!

At DZR Truck repair Guys were absolutely Friendly ,respectful, and very professional. They have fixed my truck in a professional way. In a meaningful time I really appreciate disguise. Kudos to them and I’ll be coming back to the facility. They have a couple of bay Stations and they’re very quick unfair price. I have been other places. This is the best place I have ever been. Again, kudos to them and thank you to DZR mechanics.

Balll joints, u joint, and king pins needed to be greased. These guys started working on it as soon as I got there, got it done real quick! And really cheap I recommend to stop by here!

I needed an overhead done on a 2016 volvo, and three other shops did not honor their appointments for various reasons when I arrived. DZR delivered as promised.
It took a little bit longer to complete than anticipated, but the price was reasonable send a techs did a good job. Recommended.

Took my Mac semi to Diesel Zone Repair (DZR) in Odessa for a top-end overhaul and couldn't be happier. They offered a great price on parts and provided quick, timely service. The shop was impressively clean. I've had trouble finding a mechanic to work on my Mac semi before, but this shop took it in no problem. Highly recommend - 5/5!

I had a leaking coolant line going from my engine to my APU, the dealer wanted $1,350 to fix it. DZR got it done for $200 and they did very good quality work. I was so satisfied I came back the next day for my overhead valve adjustment and some other work for my truck. You won’t find certified technicians anywhere else for the rates they charge. Highly recommended!!

This is one of the best shops I’ve ever been to. The guys here work very quick and efficiently. They DO NOT over charge either. Was in and out in 4 hours. From what I could tell on the receipt, they didn’t start charging for labor until the parts arrived and they started actually working on the truck. They kept me updated, and triple checked everything before they sent me on my way. To top off the great experience, the shop was very clean and organized! Very honest people working here.

DZR - is the best repair place in El Paso. The staff is very friendly. I had problem with my def pump, they did it very well and quickly and in addition they didn't charge for regent. And in addition, the boss lent me his own car so that I could go and buy def 😁🫡. So very appreciated. I love that place

These guys rock. The whole crew. Fernando, Raul, Andy. Coming into El Paso, needing a water pump and some motor mounts. As an OTR owner operator, it's up to me to keep my truck running. If I can't do the work myself, I don't just want anybody to touch it. I searched through multiple companies and found DZr and they had incredible reviews... and now I know why. Their labor rate is incredible. Caesar the lead mechanic seriously knows his stuff. I called Monday morning, and they were able to get me in 1st thing Tuesday morning. Honest, hardworking, dependable....

Anytime I'm in that area, and I need stuff done to my rig... it'll be wth DZR!

Came here to get some work done on my truck and when I tell you that they got me right in the door no wait, also the tech that work on my unit had some much knowledge and to what all the problems that the dealership couldn’t figure out, and the owner which is Paul very kool and lay back made me feel as if I was family. A+ will definitely do business here again just which they were state wide, it’s hard to find good shops like the over the roads these day. Thanks a million to the DZR team for getting me back on the road better than how I came in.

These guys did and amazing job. They were professionals and where honest how long they needed to get the water pump replaced and get me back on the road. They were busy and stil got me in and out and I’m back on the road heading toward me destination. Friendly people anyone you talk to. They know what they are doing. If you need any work done go check them out you won’t be sorry. Pricing was more then fair everything about this shop was what you expect. They didn’t charge arm and a leg for basic work. They got me in worked on it fixed and that was that. Thank you guys again

It took a minute for me to post my review. I wanted to make sure everything was good on the work they did. I couldn’t be happier with the clutch replacement job they did on my DT12. On top of the quality work they got me in and out in a day. Yes 1 day! Zach was even cool enough to take and pick me up from the hotel down the street. There is a reason why they are rated 5 stars. I’m glad to hear about their second location in Odessa that’s much closer to me. Greatly appreciate you guys!!

Bruh I can’t complain on anything, the air pressure gage in my truck couldn’t even reach 50, It wasn’t a air leak, when I went to the petro in the area, they said they can’t fix it because there wasn’t any leak, when I called these guys, they told me to come over, put the computer on it and they figured out it was the air dryer and hoses that was full of oil, they replace everything and get me rolling. That was quick and the people are very kind, I met this guy Fernando, he made me feel like family and the mechanics know what they’re doing.
If your truck break down in El Paso, I strongly recommend you to DZR shop…..

I asked the owner the day before if he could get me in and out the same day if I came early. I got there at 8:30 the next day and by 1:30 he was already finished did everything he said he was going to do plus replaced another sensor besides the PM I had done. Nice owner and mechanics would highly recommend plus they had great prices. Got big Green up and running.

Perfect customer service in a time of need.
I needed a repair on my truck and bought the wrong part, they let me use their personal car to get the correct piece and did not make a fuss about it. Attentive workers they stayed after hours to make sure my truck was finished and also double checked the work by letting me test drive and come back to be sure. Pricing was amazing in a time of need. I was quoted $1600 and $2000 dollars for labor at other repair shops while on the other hand they only charged me $150. I will definitely recommend getting all truck repairs here! I would give them 150 stars if I could!!!
