cool store with very friendly employees! just happened to pop in one day with no intention of buying anything. isaac was very kind & friendly when i walked in. i ended up finding some awesome shirts & he suggested this really cool affliction shirt i got! Lysh is great too! Offered to online order for me with free shipping which i didn’t realize zumiez did, but it’s great! i stop in a lot now since that one trip & never met a mean employee here. Everyone’s super nice. They do a great job training their employees, who take their job seriously & you can tell!
Also great clothes tho, super sick designs compared to a lot of the brand names in the outlets with boring logos or your plain boring tees.

If you are a skater you have to shop here, they sell all the best trending skate brands from clothing to shoes. They will also build you a whole custom skateboard. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

I was walking by the store and noticed on a sign that they sold pit vipers ( witch are nearly impossible to get any where but online) I went in and one of the workers instantly came over and asked if they could help me. I told her I was interested in the pit vipers and she showed me where they were and unlocked the case and let me try the pair they did have available on. Unfortunately they were the normal version. Not the double wides, so they didn't fit my head. The worker offed to have the ones I wanted shipped to me and showed me all the styles on her phone. She then proceeded to check availability at other stores I told her I was located in Warwick so she called them. Luckily they had one pair of the double wides in stock. They don't do holds because the pit vipers are so popular but she asked Warwick to and told them I would be by to grab them.she went out of her way and got me them, awesome retail experience. I didn't catch the workers name but she was very helpful

Zumiez is a great place to make a custom board or just simply buy a complete one. They have great boards for good prices. The staff is also really helpful. They also have a good assortment of clothes and other accessories.

Before I encountered this store I was broke hopless and on the brink of despair. That is until I encountered brooke, Abigail and Aiden, they took me In and took care of me like one of their own; they payed my college and unabled me to go to university and pursue my dream job of bieng brain surgeon. If it wasn't for them I do not know if I'd be here today. From the bottom of my heart thank you 🙏❤

I needed a good quality sneaker for after foot surgery and decided to try a few shoe shops in the outlets. I settled on Zumiez because of how knowledgeable and nice the two girls working were. They are helpful with any questions I had and took try to help me with picking out and trying different brands and shoes to find the best fit.

I was at the Zumiez store at Wrentham Village on February, 14th and had excellent service. One female manager in particular helped me with a damaged item and was very helpful the entire hour I was shopping. She also made a few phone calls elsewhere to help me with that item and made sure it was all set.
