Cummins Sales and Service

My family and I were driving I-10 when our ISL9 broke down, stranding us in our diesel pusher motorhome. After limping to a campground within walking distance, the part was ordered from Cummins and I installed it easily within two days of the breakdown. I then took the motorhome to Cummins El Paso where they immediately came out to look at my coach, attach their laptop to read the codes, and I was able to leave within 25 minutes of arrival. Not only was the quick service unexpected, but both Mario and Jesus were super professional, helpful and courteous. My family and I were able to continue our journey safely and we were able to drive another 4 hours that day to our destination without any further problems. I would actually take any further problems to Cummins El Paso, even if I was not in the area - they were that helpful. Highly recommended by a non-commercial, family/motorhome customer. Thank you!

Great service today! People there were awesome, and friendly! They took care of my truck the very same day and they took care of me as well! They even bought me lunch! This was the greatest service I have ever received! Special thanks to Louie. He was very professional and helpful. Need more people like him around. My experience at Cummings has been over and above what I was expecting. The service department is not just trustworthy they are also very honest about what to expect while your RV is in their shop. I highly recommend them to anyone :)

Family feel environment, great service, really clean and professional. The customer waiting room have a big TV, a nice big table 2 big sofas, coffee, water and even a Doggie bed for your pets to rest, it's amazingly clean and smell so good!

Everyone here are the nicest and professional group of people. Rickie, Mike and Paul were the best. The lady at front desk was so helpful as well. We were at a rest area about 200 miles west of El Paso and a trucker told us Cummins Sales and service would be the place to go. So glad we did. Would highly recommend this company. Could not ask for better service.

Five Star Establishment!! While traveling in our new motorhome we found ourselves in need of service for the Cummins engine in our diesel pusher. Each and every person we interacted with was wonderful! We called from the road and immediately these folks began checking on the status of our engines service record via the serial number while en route. Once we arrived, a diagnosis was reached and a plan of action created. We were offered a safe place to park overnight. Miguel and his crew fit us in the next day, our inspection and engine repair was complete and we were back on the road that afternoon. Incredibly thorough, efficient and professional was our service team. Most impressive was the kindness we received! We were only in house for one day, but felt so valued, dare I say like family. Thank you 🙏 also dog friendly, very nice waiting area, and everyone made sure we didn’t go hungry!!

We loved this Cummins they couldn't have been more helpful or nicer. So far we are really happy with the service. Don't recall the name of our Mechanic but he found a generator leak that was awesome. Our main service person Ricky and Lorenzo made our trip very enjoyable and helpful. Thanks guys!!?!

From the service write up, to the cashing out. Above & beyond. Never in my years, as an owner operator have I been treated with such respect.
A clean, and comfortable driver's lounge, with a dog bed for those of us who have furry co drivers. A clean, well stocked restroom.
If you are here, around lunch time. They will offer to order pizza for you.

This is a 5 star place of business! The service department is A1! Ricky the service manager and the entire crew was very courteous and professional! The customer lounge was neat, clean and comfortable. They provided drinks, tv, a phone charging station, as well as seating and a work station. We were even offered lunch the day we spent in the lounge. For our Coach we had access to shore power, clean water for filling and a dump station all on the parking lot. If you need any Cummins repairs in the El Paso area, THIS is the place to be!

They provider excellent service and were very professional at all times. They showed us great kindness by giving us tremendous discounts for being first responders on our way to a travel assignment. They made sure we were well care for while we wait and even bought us pizza. I highly recommend this place to everybody, but mainly to healthcare providers on the road. God bless you all!

While traveling through El paso we had trouble with our RV. I talked to Miguel and he got us in 1st thing on a Monday. Problem found and we were on the road next day. José is an excellent tech and very thorough with his inspection and repair. An RV spot on site made it very convenient also while we waited along with a very comfortable waiting room and they are dog friendly!

Words can not express... how happy we are! Louie Lopez and his team were amazing. Louie was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! He walked us through every step of the process. Went out of his way to make us comfortable. I'm being honest here when i say it was a different kind of repair shop. In a world of lets hurry, who's next. They were the exact opposite. I think this experience restored my faith in humanity! All i can say is... AMAZING work guys! And thank you!!!!!

I am Japanese. In late March 2020, I made a RV (motor‐home) transcontinental trip from Los Angeles to New York with a friend. It is a graduation commemorative trip. A few days after leaving Los Angeles, the car's generator stopped working.
This was the factory that helped me at that time.
Unless the generator is started, the home appliances in the car can hardly be used. We were in trouble and looked for a repair shop, and finally found it here.

In conclusion, they are the best professional groups and one of our best memories during the trip.

First, they kindly listened to our poor English conversation. And even though it was almost closed. They welcomed the needy people and communicated with kind English conversation and Siri.

Second, their work was very fast. Their factory was so prosperous that it was initially stated that repairs would be completed the next day. But we had no time to wait for it due to scheduling issues. Therefore, I consulted with no permission, and they challenged the same day repair. Thankfully, the repair was completed that day. Despite having a lot of work, they were very kind and professional in understanding our situation. We are very grateful.

Finally, they were always friendly. During the repair they invited us into the lounge to relax. Thanks to us, we were able to relax despite the needy situation.

We thank them to the fullest. Thanks to them, our journey has been wonderful. But we made one big mistake. That is, I did not ask for the contact information of the heroes who were in charge. I'm very sorry that I couldn't give thanks directly.

I can't replace it at all, but let me express my gratitude here.

Then another miracle happened. I have been working as a company employee in Japan since April 2020, and the company I work for has a working relationship with Cummins!
It's far away, but I'm very happy to work with professionals like them.

The Onan generator in our RV went on the Fritz in the heat of summer. They were unable to fix it mobily, but they made time and space for us in their shop the very next morning. They not only took care of our vehicle, they took good care of us as well. All the staff were polite, friendly, and professional. I wish other businesses were as accommodating as the El Paso Cummins Sales and Service Company. Kudos and many thanks to Adrian, Ray, Mike, Yolanda, Reuben, and all the others!

Could not have been treated any better. Every person we encounter was beyond helpful and friendly. Our coach was fixed in a timely manner and yes it works great! Thank you all so much!!

I have to say I would like to give 10 stars! What great service this shop has, and awesome workers. When we arrived here June 14, 2018 in need of RV repairs, they couldn't get to us in until the next day for diagnostics, but had RV hookups allowing us to stay in our units. After that they said they couldn't get the parts until Monday, This shop works like no other repair shop that we have been to. They are thorough here and found the problem along with a few other issues we didn't realize we had by doing an indept diagnostics which took time, unlike shops that knock it out in 20 minutes! And without getting into the nuts and bolts of things, they got us up and running in just a few short days. Only delay was waiting for parts. But before we could even close out our ticket, we lost our engine A/C and Generator! More parts to be ordered and our visit extended! They worked hard to get coach out of shop and into our parking space in the afternoons thus eliminating a Hotel visit. Our overall downtime turned into 14 days. Unlike any other shop we've been to, they feed us Pizzas, sandwiches, even wings one day. And kept us hydrated with plenty of bottled waters! They allowed us to put our frozen food in their employee freezer, and suggested places to eat and sights to see. I can't say enough about Jessie, Ricky, Carlos, Patty and the rest of the crew! And to Yolanda at the receptionist desk that kept us feed! I have never been to a repair shop that not only cared about the quality of work they do, but also the care they give to the customers. Every shop needs to apply and follow their Management and Custormer care policies! These people are setting the standards!

I cannot say enough good things about the staff in El Paso! Louie Lopez was so helpful, personable and and communicated with us every step of the way while diagnosing what was wrong with our RV. All the staff were friendly and willing to answer our questions direct us around El Paso, deal with the warranty company and keep us updated. We ended up having to leave our rig for repairs and Louie has sent emails and pictures and kept us informed throughout this process. Very professional, and excellent customer service.

Fantastic experience. Nice waiting room. Good wifi. They ordered pizza for lunch. Fair pricing. Kept apprised of the status of the work. Pet friendly. Three RV hookups outside the fence with 20/30/50 electric. Water is available at the building (before you park) and there is a dump site inside the fence.

I had an emergency... my v-ribbed belts to the fan was stretched out and needed to be replaced ASAP. I was traveling from Florida to LA. They took me in immediately and helped me out. I had them replace the serpentine belt while they were at it. I didn't want to be stranded anywhere. They even provided pizza for lunch while we waited! Thank you Yolanda!! It was yummy

I would definitely return to this place if I need any type or repairs again. Kudos to the service manager Ricky! Job well done.
