The staffs were generally kind and supportive. I had some issues with a refund, but they did their best to assist me and although I ended up keeping the jacket, I still appreciated their efforts. The store itself has some very nice deals, and overall I liked this place very much.

Theory is my favorite place in the outlets. All the employees are so nice and helpful and the clothes are such nice quality. I have to check in every time I go to the outlets to see their incredible sales!

The store is always clean and organized, they have a lot of great deals and ever changing styles however the service is non-existent. I have been to this store many times over the years and most of the time they don’t even acknowledge you came in.

The store is a hit or miss. I've met with wonderful service there and total ignorance other times. Brand was great until I bought a rain jacket that didn't keep 2 min moderate rain off it and my shoulders were wet afterwards. I complained to the official customer service and all they could tell me was "it doesn't qualify for a refund". I don't care for your refund but when you sell $500+ jackets, at least make sure they are quality. No more Theory clothing for me. I can spend my money somewhere else.

Service is awful and non-existent. Came in on a Monday and the girl who works there had a nasty look on her face as if I wasn’t supposed to come in at all. Staff did not greet or acknowledge the whole time throughout my stay in the store. Would not come back and recommend anyone to come into this store. Go to another location or buy online for deals.

Yesterday I was shopping for a new dress at Wrentham Outlets. I wanted SUPERIOR CUT and QUALITY. I stepped into Theory bc I liked their clothing that I could see through the window. As I was shopping, a girl came into the store and nearly stopped to look at me. She looked me up and down and had a nasty look on her face. I was so mortified that I scoffed and did the same back to her. I have never (lived in Manhattan for 2 years bf and worked as retail manager in Boston for several years) experienced or witnessed that type of interaction. I was totally embarrassed. Turns out- she was an employee coming in for her shift that day. TOTALLY uncalled for. I had the money to spend, but was so embarrassed that I left immediately.

Used to be my favorite store. New Store manager and staff have ruined the brand.

Worst customer service at Wrentham. Truly an awful experience I wouldn’t wish on anybody else. Manager Meghan was aggressive and exhibited behavior unbecoming a store manager.
