Our encounter with Patton Brothers Water Heaters was exceptional, particularly due to Ian, who handled our pipe replacement task. Ian went above and beyond to keep us in the loop about the progress, always prioritizing our needs and comfort without us having to request it. The team was diligent, timely, courteous, and proficient. They were also excellent with pets! We would absolutely rate them 10/10 and opt for their services again in El Paso!

The problem was a toilet that was struggling to flush and drain properly. It wasn't totally blocked, but it was heading in that direction. The technician who came was Brett from Patton Brothers Water Heaters. He attentively listened to my concerns, asked various questions, and even had me test the upstairs toilet. Brett took his time to thoroughly inspect the situation and ponder on it before offering his professional advice. It's refreshing to see that not all plumbers simply walk in and instantly come up with a solution. We appreciate that Brett takes time to perform a detailed investigation and analysis first. He is aiming to fix the issue at hand, not overhaul the entire house. I have faith in his recommendations, knowing that he can be trusted. This all happened in El Paso, and we couldn't be more pleased with the services rendered.

They were fast to get someone out to assess our sewer pipe. When Vincent arrived, he was incredibly essential and knowledgeable. He and his team reviewed the situation and gave a terrifc recommendation on how to proceed. While it’s hard to actually go underground and see the work done, Vincent did show me the camera videos (live) after the work was complete. When the team finished filling the hole they’d created, we did have a small problem with the access pipe sticking out too far. But Vincent responded and came the next day to resolve it. Prices aren’t for the faint of heart, but it should pay off in the long run. And Vincent was great to work with.

Lawrence was extreme professional and listened to my concerns. He showed me and explained to me, his concerns in a way I could understand. He was on time and took as much time as it needed to support me understand my plumbing issues. I appreciate the honesty, job ethic, time and dedication Lawrence gave me. He made me feel as though I was his only appointment for the day….that was comforting….he wasn’t rushing anything to get to his next call. He cared about his work and that is priceless. Thank you!

We have a blocked sewer line. The lines in the building were extremely checked and it was found to be in the line outside. We will be having the line dug up tomorrow. We exceedingly enjoyed our fix man Willie. He was through and he explained the entire situation.
