Love this insurance company. My agent, Katelan St Laurent is the best! She always gets back to me in a very timely manner, and she is always very friendly and helpful.

Katelan is an asset to Allstate. As I was preparing to move to another state, I needed to research new auto insurance. Katelan patiently answered all my questions EVERY time I spoke with her. At one point, Katelan indicated not many people took the time to I compare the auto insurance options as careful as I had been doing. At her suggestion, I bundled my homeowner's insurance with Allstate, after asking detailed questions about the homeowner's insurance. Her patiences and understanding along with cost of the insurance led me to switch to Allstate. I recommend Katelan and Allstate to anyone exploring auto and or homeowner's insurance.
