The park is very quiet and a nice change from being packed together like some.
Loved it so much we stayed two nights to relax.
Mike is a great host and we will definitely be back on future travels.

This is an incredible stopover. Mike was very helpful and kind when we were a late arrival because of mechanical issues. We stayed 2 nights to rest and get work done. It's very quiet and safe. An added perk of having good quality water and sewer hoses provided so leaving was simplified. We will definitely be back!

No frills rv park 2 1/2 hours West of San Antonio just off the I-10. No showers or restrooms but sites are full hookups. My site was 60' long and fairly level. Owner met me at the entrance and guided me in. Quiet location.

A nice quiet place to drop anchor for the night. The prices are awesome. Just 5 minutes from the freeway. Mark an awesome hostess. Help me park my rig and make sure my utilities were On and working. A quick video review is on MAXCAF on YouTube.

This is a small location with few spaces but we called in the afternoon and there was one open. It is full hook up with some grass and level gravel to park on. It is only an overnight stop but very quiet and safe with everything you need and very reasonable. So much better than a store parking lot. The town of Sonora is historic and is a nice way to spend an afternoon. The shop owners were very friendly and we enjoyed exploring,

Most hospitable campground I have EVER visited and I have been all over the country. The owner Mike was the most amazing campground staff member I have ever encountered. I was treated like family by a guy I had never met. I would recommend this place to EVERYONE going through or anywhere near Sonora Texas.

Mike was beyond helpful. Willing to work with me to get into a pull thru site, came and showed me where to go.
Had water and sewer hoses at the site, so i didn't have to get mine out, he chatted with me for a min, approved my fire pit, and kitty, and made the check in process super simple.
Thanks for the stop over! Wish I cld see Sonora!
Your kindness was needed after a very long day of travel!

An overnight stay for us and Mike was absolutely wonderful. It was so easy to get to from I-10, level lots and very quite. We will definitely stay again when we head back east in the fall. Thanks again Mike for such great hospitality.

We had a pretty rotten travel day when one of our tires had a blowout, and that landed us in Sonora for the night. We called Mike who went above and beyond to help us have a safe place for the night. We had a nice, quiet spot for a great night's sleep before heading out the next morning. Top-notch customer service! We would return for certain.

As others reviews have said, Mike is very hospitable and guides you into the best spot he has available for your rig. His place is still a work in progress but it’s very clean and quiet, even in the middle of a residential area. Still, there is a bit of green space in one side.

Sites were level and we didn’t even have to unhook.

Mike only accepts cash or check but at $25 per night, it was no problem. Will stay here again on our trips between Houston and Phoenix. It’s a perfect stopping point and the Road Ranger truck fuel stop had the best diesel prices for hundreds of miles in either direction, using our EFS card. Win win.

Clean, quiet and peaceful. Far enough away from the 10 that there is no traffic noise. We had a level pull through long enough that we didn’t have to unhook our truck from our 35’ 5th wheel. Sewer, water and electrical all in great shape and connections provided so it will be an easy departure in the morning. Mike the owner could not have been nicer and more helpful. We will stay here again.

I wish all RV stops had someone like Mike. Some people just make you feel welcome and you know they are genuinely nice. Such a pleasant person and a really nice guy willing to help for any issue you might have. He went out of his way to help me with a small problem I had. Easy hook up for my 30ft Trailer and Truck; no need to unhook; my site was completely level. Water, 50/30 AMP; sewer all for a tidy sum of $22/night. You will be hard pressed to find a better deal for a few night's stay with FHU! When you get into town call Mike and he will lead you to your site and help you pull in and hook up if needed. Will definitely be back next time I am going through Texas!

If your tow vehicle breaks down and you’re stuck for 10 days in Sonora Texas, hopefully your rig will be towed here. We had a wonderful experience here. The owner, Mike, showed us what kindness and a great human is all about. We felt very safe staying here also. Now looking back, I will cherish our time that we were stuck in Texas.

This is not an RV resort. But it is a GREAT spot for overnight or visiting a day or two. It's super easy to get to off I-10 a little over a mile, and has Loves close by, and has full hookups, easy in and out spots. Mike is the owner and super nice guy. He met us at entrance after quick phone of arrival, and asked about if we wanted a spot that was a quick pull through or if we liked to sit outside in shady spot. Then he took us right to our spot. Older neighborhood that you drive through, but neat and clean, as was the RV park. Also, very quiet. Slept very well, and was very safe area. The price was exceptionally reasonable. I would recommend this camp to anyone, and I will definitely stay here again! It is half way between San Antonio and Vanhorn. There is a Dairy Queen about 1/2 way to the park if you're coming from the west. Perfect evening!

Mike is awesome! It's a quiet place and full hook ups, all for $22! There are no amenities but, if you are just looking for a place to pull in for a night or two, this is a great place. It's also in a convenient location not far from rte 10. Mike helps you pull in and was willing to help hook us up. Great place!

My husband and I rented from Mike a few years back and had a great experience. We have recently moved back and Mike has been nothing but great. He's such a friendly, nice, helpful, trustworthy landlord and friend. Once you know Mike, you have a friend for life. He constantly works hard to maintain and improve the property. If you are looking for a nice quiet little town to park your rv or rent a lot, Stadium Park is where you need to go.

Super level lot and Mike was so nice and welcoming. Having full hookups for $22! If we would have fit under the new covered lots, we would have paid $25 and had cable. Will definitely come back when in the area!
