I switched my car and homeowners insurance to ViTran's agency this year. Working with Carlita was a pleasure. She was knowledgeable and looked out for my best interests

Allstate agents were extremely helpful and professional anytime I had a question or needed help filing a claim.

There is a reason the rating for this place is so high. I spoke to Carlita several times about getting new car insurance and she went above and beyond to help me. Would recommend her to anyone who has just moved to MA

Vi and Carlita have been very responsive and informative and have helped me through 3 auto policies and a renter's now. They are great and I highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for insurance.

I first contacted this office from Allstate about a year prior and spoke to Carlita she was very helpful... well I have to say awesome. I had a Geico and only had 6 month policy and they required I believe a year of continuous coverage. So I waited another 12 months and my Geico policy went up to $2000 a year for no reason. I called and Carlita answered unbelievable but she remembered me by name and with the same positive energy, I think only she only has. She found me a policy that fit and saved me $1000 dollars A year. I am impressed they are great. I have been a customer for about 7 months now and I am very impressed. If I call with a question Carlita is right there or calls back immediately. Cant say enough for Allstate and Carlita.

I love the experience of working with Carlita an agent there. I just have to call her with my needs and let her know what I want and she makes it happen. I love her efficiency and professionalism. I look forward to continuing working with her.

Ive had different insurance companies in the past and no one can compare with allstate i get great discounts my own agent that is there 24/7 for me if i need some time to pay my bill they will help out so you dont loose your insurance road side assistance phone insurance the list goes on check it out ask for carlita or vi what do yoi have to loose
